    Last year in April-May 2023 I was 36 weeks pregnant and I went to **** to purchase a car due to my car being totaled. I went to **** and purchased a 2016 *** ****** from this dealership in *********, **. I spoke to the salesman I cant remember his name I believe it was **** or ***** but he let me take the car on a test drive I asked him questions about the car and he told me the car was in good standing that nothing was wrong with the car. Even the man that processed my car pressed me about getting the extended warranty to the point I was like maybe they knew something I didnt know. I bought the car and took it home. 3 days later the engine light came on! I was like what is going on? This is insane I just bought this car. Took it back to **** at 36 weeks pregnant!!! They said that it was the spark plugs and replaced it. Long story short it was not fixed! I took it to their shop 8 times with 4 months and it was still not fixed and it was to the point they just told me to go to *** in ********* because they did all they could do! I was so frustrated because what do you mean? I bought it through you guys and you want me to take my car to another dealership after just giving birth at this point! Then I took it to *** they still did not fix the problem! I have taken it to *** * times and have been given the run around time and time again spending thousands at this point and it is still not fixed! My car is currently in the shop now has been for 2 weeks now due to the turbo needing to be replaced and my spark plugs which is not covered by the warranty by ****!! That I have had to replace time and time again which is $330 every time! I am so disappointed and have been left a bad taste in my mouth! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are selling lemons and know it. I wish I never left ***** or Nissans alone & once this car is dead I will never go back!

    Really frustrated and unhappy with my experience dealing with **************. On 1/12/24 I reached out to them about a Dark Horse Mustang they had on their lot that I wanted to purchase and have shipped to me. After some back and forth we agreed on a price. On 1/30/24 we agreed on a price and I sent pictures of my ID and insurance card. I was then informed by them on 1/31/24 that there was a lot of interest in the car and I needed to put a down payment with a credit card to hold the vehicle. I said no problem and gave them my credit card information. I told them I was waiting for funds to transfer to complete the purchase. *************************** just called me today, 2/2/24 and told me his manager sold the car to somebody else who just walked into the dealership.I gave ************** my ID, insurance information, a credit card for a down payment, and told them I was working on getting the funds transferred. They STILL sold the car out from under me to someone else.I would be careful doing business with a shady dealership like this.
