Last year in April-May 2023 I was 36 weeks pregnant and I went to **** to purchase a car due to my car being totaled. I went to **** and purchased a 2016 *** ****** from this dealership in *********, **. I spoke to the salesman I cant remember his name I believe it was **** or ***** but he let me take the car on a test drive I asked him questions about the car and he told me the car was in good standing that nothing was wrong with the car. Even the man that processed my car pressed me about getting the extended warranty to the point I was like maybe they knew something I didnt know. I bought the car and took it home. 3 days later the engine light came on! I was like what is going on? This is insane I just bought this car. Took it back to **** at 36 weeks pregnant!!! They said that it was the spark plugs and replaced it. Long story short it was not fixed! I took it to their shop 8 times with 4 months and it was still not fixed and it was to the point they just told me to go to *** in ********* because they did all they could do! I was so frustrated because what do you mean? I bought it through you guys and you want me to take my car to another dealership after just giving birth at this point! Then I took it to *** they still did not fix the problem! I have taken it to *** * times and have been given the run around time and time again spending thousands at this point and it is still not fixed! My car is currently in the shop now has been for 2 weeks now due to the turbo needing to be replaced and my spark plugs which is not covered by the warranty by ****!! That I have had to replace time and time again which is $330 every time! I am so disappointed and have been left a bad taste in my mouth! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are selling lemons and know it. I wish I never left ***** or Nissans alone & once this car is dead I will never go back!Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new 2022 F250 from this dealership on March 2023. I have recently found out that my truck has had an accident that happened in January 17 2023. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I would not have bought a brand new truck with an accident already. I have called the dealership three times and have emailed the ** and have had one returned phone call from ***** the sales manager which thought it wasn't a big deal and these things happen all the time from what I was told. This is horrible customer service and now I have a truck with an accident recorded on the carfax. If I go to trade the truck in at a later time I will have far less value for the truck. The dealership will no longer return my phone calls.
