  I was under the impression that the named company was able to build a privacy fence for my new home. The owner Charles *. B*******, preceded to go to ***** and acquire the materials needed to build my fence. Upon inspection of my receipt dated 12-5-22 I see that there were extra items added to my credit cared, and power jig, a 20-v battery and a bit set with screw drivers. Mr. B******* then tried to explain that he didn't know how it got put on credit card, while he was the one that checked out all the material. I asked him to refund my money back to me for the fraudulent charges, he stated that they gave him a gift card and he would give me the money out of pocket to cover the 358.10 that was charged. Later he stated he would use it to fixe fencing and other issues with my yard after installing the fence, that is obviously not even a legitimate fence. The fence has several aren't stable, as he used foam to secure them in the ground, not concrete and there are extremely large gaps coming off of the inclined hill. The posts aren't even and there are two different types of brackets from one side to the other. the line of the fence isn't straight, and the panels are all wobbly and about to come out of the ground. I asked him if he would come and fix everything that is wrong with it and he did not respond. I have had two legitimate contractors come out to look and inspect the fencing and gave me an estimate of $1400 to repair the damage/or poor install that Mr. B******* did. I asked Mr. B******* to refund half of my money, and I was met with sarcasm, and intimidation, stating that the fence was 98% complete and all it needed was a gate, and why would he give 50% back. I then asked him not to come back on my property to do any more damage than what he had already did. This has caused me severe financial stress, as of now I must get someone else to completely remove the install and rebuild properly. And this is starting over from scratch and rebuilding two fences.
