I was not sure about using this company because of the reviews but I would recommend the set tech that came to my house. He explained everything thoroughly and explained to me what was causing my A/C unit to leak. I have asked for a quote for him to come back and fix the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

We were referred to Air Plus Services through our home warranty, American Home Shield. We were experiencing system issues the previous season so made a warranty call that generated a freon charge as an initial solution. The technician was great at his job and educated me on homeowner-level maintenance to increase longevity and unit efficiency. This worked until the current season. We put in another service request where the same technician showed up and topped off the freon in the unit pending a follow-up appointment. He said the system is closed circuit so we likely have a leak. Jason (The Owner) came to the house and evaluated the situation. During our initial conversation, I was asking questions about unit capacity versus costs to evaluate the whole as a measure of value. Through our discussions, he initially made recommendations that erred on the conservative side regarding unit capacity and cost. Until He made phone calls in front of me and started shopping around to replace the full system through our warranty. When we got into the financials of it, he laughed and said wow, for that, I would go for the larger unit and I agreed after independent research. We proceeded with the order and got everything paid and ordered through our home warranty. Jason and the office staff are very transparent and great communicators who kept us updated throughout the entire process. They are very professional and dependable. With a completely new unit, it is not likely that we will require HVAC services beyond just annual maintenance. Air Plus Services will be our go-to company for maintenance and any other HVAC-related issues for the duration we live in the area. They are one of the better warranty servicing companies that we have worked with. Scott

To start- Jasen (very unprofessional-technician) admits ******** **** ****** *** and many other home warranty companies take customers money and fraudulent miss used companies like his company. **** warranty companies do not explain to their customers the fine writing that exist in their plans-items listed that supposed to be covered that not covered (that cost their company a lot of money). Basically, i got lecture for 10 minutes by the technician (Jasen) how I got screwed by my home warranty company whom I been with off and on for many years,

Jason spent "about 15 to 20 minutes" in my home (venting right into the atmosphere). Keep in mind-10 minutes of his visit was a lecture about my home warranty company. After his observation he conclude-your claim is denied because your home warranty company did not explain the fine writing in their contract. He stated, I am going to call your home warranty and tell them what they want me to tell them (it's preexisting- and they will send you an email denying your claim). So he spent another 15 minutes (outside calling my home warranty while at my home. I tried telling him I am a returning customer with my home warranty company. I have never had a problem with claims in the past.

So-I asked him- why was my AC leaking, he keep replying it's preexisting and besides I do not have any freon for your unit or the parts to fix your unit. Besides -it would be a waste to put freon in my unit because of the overhead it would cost my company (that your home warranty do not cover). Bad business! This guy been drilled by his BUSINESS!! I should've read the reviews before allowing this company in my home. There is nothing good, honest about this business!! DO NOT CALL THEM even if your home warranty recommended them! RUN...RUN from Jasen and his crew!!
