      Placed an order online for 20 arborvitae trees and 4 dogwood trees. Website claimed the arborvitae trees were 6-12 inches but I got some 3 in clippings that had one or 2 small roots hanging from it. 4 dogwood trees that were dead (did a scratch test to confirm). I called and was instructed to leave an email ,including pics,and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I did and no one got back to me I emailed the next 2 days and still, no response. I sent a message on instagram and was given a different email address for someone named Serenity, who told me that the I would need to pay for shipping to send them back and I would only get a refund if they were still alive and that was all they could do. They are obviously dead so why would I bother wasting anymore money to send them back for nothing?! It appears all their good reviews are fake, some are from people in California but thier website says they don't deliver to California. They also operate from various different online store names like Fast Growing Trees, Wholesale Nursery and I am sure there are more. The owners Tammy and Dennis S*** need to be held accountable.

      Plants sold are 3” twigs that don’t survive. I almost spent $50 and was duped in understanding that these will be mature plants.

      Here are the answers to your questions in mail from 5/1/24 -

      1. NO not heard from the company on complaint
      2. NOT satisfied
      3. Because I requested them to credit my Credit Card for the amount as when placing the order, they did not specify it will be a 2" or 3" twig with roots and not an actual  plant.
      4. Second less preferred option is to give store credit for 2 shipments - $37.16 charged on VISA on 3/28/24 and second charge for $18.28 on VISA on 3/27/24.  Credit Card is refusing to  issue credit as they want to complain directly with vendor
      5. Third option not preferred to ship alive larger plants than simply twigs

      I originally ordered with this company December 2022. I ordered 10 ferns for $24.99 plus 25 sedge grass for $79.99 + shipping. The grass that grew was not what I ordered and only 1 fern grew. April 2023 I contacted them about this and they told me to wait... by the end of April and a few emails they issued a $79.99 store credit for the grass only. I spent $78.49 of this credit. By the end of May 2023 I was told to keep waiting until Spring 2024 to see if the ferns grow. Only 1 out of 10 grew. I've now gone to the company again as I never got a credit for the Fern and most of the other material I bought with my store credit never grew, if it did grow it was also incorrect again. They are not responding to my emails, they issued a credit not to the full amount, eventually responding and saying they deducted shipping(which I paid for onto of the amount) I'm owed and at this point I just want my money back. They need to be reported to the TN Dept. of Agriculture, which I will do. I don't want to keep going through the battle of getting this company to respond to me and give me what I am owed. it's exhausting. I sent them the following breakdown of what I think I am owed. And they are not responding.       I placed an order for Muskogee Crepe Myrtle trees on March 4, 2024. Long story short they are dead & I have been trying to get replacements. They finally (after many emails and in no way timely) sent me a gift card for the amount less shipping & told me to re-order the trees as they were not able to just send me 2 new ones. Normally that would be fine however for these two small trees it was $17 shipping. I've been going back & forth with them over this because re-ordering i would end up paying yet another $17 and in the end paying a total of $34 shipping for these trees. I feel if they are under warranty for a year I should receive new trees with shipping costs on them. I have yet to hear anything back. They also do not have a phone number to speak with them. it is only through email and as i mentioned the responses are not timely. Very disappointing.

      Placed an order with them. Tried to call them and inquired about when my order was being shipped. Got a message to email their customer service department which I did. They responded that it would be 7 to 10 days. They sent me a email that my order shipped and provided a tracking number for UPS. I looked up number on UPS website they told me that number didn’t exist in their system MF contact the seller. Which I did and they told me UPS was picking it up later that afternoon 4 days ago. UPS website now says that a label has been created but they don’t have the package as of today. Have emailed TN nurseries quite a few times trying to find out where my order is? If it has been shipped? And when can I expect to receive it? Have not received any response from them.

      My order should have two items, but TN sent me only one and it goes mouldy already. Last year I ordered 3, but TN only sent me 2, is this another way TN steals the money from the customer? Please send me the right items in the right condition or money back

      I called to the company using a phone that I found in a complain web page about this company because they falsely advertise on line that you get one free bush, tree, vines et you get one free. I order and then called one day alter and found out they do not say it require to order two to get one free. I asked to contact me for this fraudulent advertise and they instead answer me that it was not cancelation of orders.       Good morning.
      1.This is proof to be added to my complaint, they advertise buy one get one free and then when I called, they say I only order one of each plant except one. I ordered two because I wanted four. I called again yesterday asking the name of the seller and she hanged on me
      2.They also sell you by gallons. And they DO NOT SENT THE PLANTS IN GALLONS BUT WITHOUTH DIRT, UST SOME PLANTS THAT AHVE BEEN STORED UNDER A FREZE. THEY ADVERTISE PLANTS ON DIRT AND SELL WITHOUTH DIRT.
      KINDLY ASK THE SECRETARY OF AGRUICULTURE DEPARTMENT TO VIST THIS FACILITY. THEY HAD SCAMMED ALOT OF PEOPLE. I BELING TO THE IRS SOCIETY OF GEORGIA AND THESE PEOPLE ARE MISLEADING THE PUBLIC.

      According to the company they made a refund. I have not been able to verify with the credit card yet because we lost a pet and are sad.
      However please see below mi name a copy of the email I received please.
      Mr. ****** **** from Tennessee Weights and Measure called using the phone: *** *******.
      He indicates that according with review this company does false advertisement, do not provide a phone contact for complains and THEY SAY BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, BUTTHEY DO NOT CLARIFIY IN THEIR WEB PAGE THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ORDER TWO OF EACH ITEM.
      REVIEWIN THE FACT THAT SEVERAL NURSERIES are currently shipping without dirt, they SHOULD NOT PUT IN THERI WEB SITE: GALLON, ETC, BUT THE EQUIVALENT OF A GROW BARE ROOT TREE AND OR bare rooth BUSH AND OR PLANT AND PUT THE PICTURE THE REAL ONE, ALONE WITH CCOULD BE SEE IN A WEBSERACH.
      THIS WILL DEEPLY HELP TO MAKE BETTER DECISIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER.

      Comments: The company has not honored their own return policy. It states very clearly that their plants have a 1 year warranty. My plants arrived dead or diseased. Per their request, I sent pictures of the plants twice and still haven't been refunded.

      Placed an order for 6 Persimmon and 2 PawPaw trees. Trees did not ship, so I requested to cancel the order via email. The seller refused to cancel the order even though nothing had shipped yet. I would like to cancel the order for a full refund.

      Ordered creeping phlox and finally received 12 less than an inch high plants most are dying and they are so small that you plant them you would never find them later.. They will not answer the phone and don't seem to care that you are not satisfied with the order. If you go into their site they show the plants and the product you will be getting Believe me they are not anyways what you get and the 1/2 inch plant you do get are so horrible that you will never get a flower out of them After seeing the other complaints I would hope someone does something about this company that is stealing from customers and getting away with it.
