We contacted Allen Professional Services to help us with an inspection of a commercial property in *******. The entire experience of working with ***** was both efficient and very professional. ***** paid great attention to detail, and his experience and expertise was very clear. He also went over and above in providing us with very helpful data from the site visit including a floor plan and even some drone photography. I'm a first-time home buyer and was recommended by the selling agent to use Mr. ********************** as the home inspector. That was the BEST decision I made! Mr. ********************** was very polite and answered all my questions as we walked through the home inspecting. At one point I questioned why he went above and beyond when he only charged a certain amount. His response was " I want to ensure everyone has a *********************** and because he takes pride in his work". He's been in the industry for over 24 years and it shows. Mr. ********************** was an impeccable inspector. I had major questions and concerns about existing mold with an older home. He shared professional experience and educated me beyond expectation. His inspection was thorough yet easy to navigate upon completion and receipt of the report documents. I highly recommend Mr. **********************. I also used him for a second home inspection for a separate property and had a comparable experience.
