have requested a refund and I have not received a satisfactory resolution yet.This order was placed and charged to my paypal account before I could even finish my order. I was going to order one seat cushion for $14.95. I was still trying to process my order and I received a text saying that I paid $98 to this company. I immediately stopped processing my order and called to cancel the $98 charge because I never ordered it. The agent said my order was cancelled.Over a week later I received the package that I was not expecting.Now you want me to pay to send the product back out of the country having to deal with customs! This is not my responsibility. I didnt place this order. You processed the order without my permission. I called to cancel your agent said it was canceled but didnt cancel it.refund my moneyInitial Complaint

Date of Transaction - 3/5/24 (ordered in the evening)Amount of Money Paid - $193.16 (It was only supposed to be one scrubber, one sponge pad, and one battery - not $193.16 worth of goods.Business Name - EcomLT LLC Nature of the Dispute - I ordered three items (see above). The company sent four scrubbers, four pads, and no battery. I paid via Pay Pal; they charged me three times - totaling $193.16. I noticed the company had ordered four times the amount late that night and contacted them via telephone first thing in the morning,However, the representative told me the order had been shipped already and couldn't be changed. She asked me to just pay 50% of the total price and I could keep it all. I did NOT need four of anything and declined that offer. I told her that I would be returning the unneeded / unordered items. She stated that I would need to pay for shipping TO ********* for a total of between $70 and $90. Interestingly, the items ship from *****************.This same scenario is repeated over and over again on the internet from disgruntled customers. It seems this is a scam that this company is running.Order # - A26ZRL8 I contacted Paypal. Initially, they did not find this to be fraud. However, they then later did agree it was fraud and canceled all payments. The company has yet to send me any PAID return labels, so I have all the products. I found this product from ******************* I receive emails from them, They do not seem to vet their companies very well. I did also notify them of this issue and will not deal with this company any more either.Initial Complaint

Nov. 7, 2023, placed order for Synoshi Scrubbers (invoice below) Wanted 1 scrubber, plus 2 accessories. Rec'vd 4 scrubbers. Here is my last email to After 20 emails trying to return this, Here is a copy of them. There is supposed to be a 30 day Return Policy. Time is running out! Re: Cancel my order ***************************** <**********************>3:39?PM (20 minutes ago) to Synoshi This is not acceptable! I wanted only 1 scrubber @ $21.49, and you sent me 4 totaling $85.97. I won't accept a return to ********* when I purchased the product in ***. I will not pay $200 to ship it to *********, because of your **************** rep, that I spoke to directly, via telephone, after my order was entered on my PC, refusing to adjust the order that couldn't be changed online! Therefore, I am demanding a refund for the 3 extra items you sent at $21.49 each, which equals $64.47 for 3, plus whatever the *********** Sales Tax is for the 3 items that you charged me for.Better yet, I am so angry with your business, that I want a total refund of $135.90 for the whole order! I also put a claim with the ** ************************ right after I put the claim in with you. The *** suggested that I call the bank the order was put through with, which was Chase bank. I called them directly and they were very helpful with my issue. While I was still on the phone, and on Hold, she called Synoshi and they aggreed to refund me for the items I wanted a refund for. This morning I received an email from ******* saying that that they are giving me a refund of $101.19. That is the amount they charged me for all 4 scrubbers. I only wanted to return 3 of them. Nothing in their email does it say that they want me to return the items (which would have to be shipped to *********). The refund hasn't gotten into my checking account yet, but I will wait to see if they are wanting me to return the items. Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter!! Going back to Synoshi, I checked out the Comments, which I should have done before putting the order in, and found a lot of bad reviews with the same exact issue I was having with them. Maybe with the BBB involved AND the ************************, Synoshi will straighten out. The good news is that in my 29 emails with them, I did get them to change the appearance of their ordering so no more problems can reoccur! That's a PLUS!

******* has issued a full payment of $101 the 4 scrubbers to my Chase credit card account. I had ordered 1 scrubber and they sent me four. I only expected to receive a refund for the 3 extra ones they sent me, but they refunded me for all 4 instead. I had contacted ***** and filed a claim with them and they asked me many questions, then, while I was still on the phone with them, they called Synoshi directly for about 5 minutes while I was on hold. When the person spoke to me afterwards, she said the issue has been resolved and I would be receiving my refund. She didn't tell me how much it would be, so I was totally surprised the next day when I checked my CC account to see amount I received. I never received any mail from Synoshi to tell me about it. Guess I have 3 scrubbers to give as Christmas presents!
Thank you for being there to help. After reading some of the Comments on their website, I was shocked to see so many complaints with the exact same issue I had. ****** learned, never buy from an unknown source without reading Comments before ordering anything!
