      Worst dealership I have ever done business with. Bought a used car and it had problems the afternoon I took it home. Been in their service area several times and they haven’t been able or willing to fix it under their 100 day warranty.

      Adam and Chris were so very helpful. We had an issue with our trailer brake fuse. They gave us a fuse no charge.

      Horrible experience with Service department at 2 separate locations (Long & Grey Epperson). I have been trying to get my RECALLED paint fixed for over a year now. At my first appointment at Long they refused to even start the process of getting pictures taken and sent to corporate due to their service department being backed up for over a year. When I called to make that appointment I explained the problem and was specifically told that process would be started. Went to Grey Epperson next, got in right away, service support was very kind. After making a separate appointment at a local body shop for a paint quote, found out weeks later while waiting on a call back that the shops paint guy quit. I notified the service department (not sure why they hadn’t been told as this is the only body shop they use) and was told to call back in a couple weeks. Over 2 months later, the problem has still not been resolved and now I’m being directed back to Long (who wouldn’t take care of the problem initially and doesn’t answer their phones in the service department. Very disappointed with the lack of problem solving abilities both of these dealerships have shown.

      Horrible experience with service department! My experience started on 11/11/2023 when I found out that I had been loosing air because of a nail in my tire. Other shop could not repair it, and said I needed a new tire. So me and my husband decided to stop by Long Hyundai to find out what our package for tire and dent protection covered that we added to our car purchase back in 2/2022. We were told tires would be covered 100%. When we arrived at Long service department, we were greeted by Luie. He found out the info for the tire protection and let us know that he would take pictures, and all 4 tires would have to be claimed. I asked if that was necessary since I only needed 1 tire replaced. He said yes that the other 3 were worn. (I just bought this car in 2022 brand new) He told us that he would put the claim in that Monday. I followed up with him Tuesday to see what was going on with the claim. He didn't call. He said he had a call with them at 2pm and that he would let me know. I texted him back at his number he texted me from (personal cell) and asked how it went. He never responded. So I took it upon myself to contact the warranty to see if he had place a claim. He didn't. The warranty did, they denied it because I told them what he said to say. They advised that I would have to take it in to have Long put it in. I did that he advised that I could bring it back once they get the tire. I told Luie that we could only put in 1 and we would not be putting in 4,He advised that they were very difficult to deal with and wanted more pics. He called when it came in and said they would only partially cover the tire and that I would owe 176.I wasn't buying this.I called warranty and they said he tried to submit for 4 tires(again). Claim was not approved.My husband reached out to the service manger with no response until 12/6.We took it to ******** **** Hyundai(12/5) at the request of the warranty.Do to the fraudulent claim.It took them 5 min to get 1 approve. No pics req

      Be aware of the scam, they proposed a deal for me on a 2024 G63 AMG at +10k above MSRP via email , and once I was interested they pulled the rug out of my feet and said if I don't pay + 50k on top of MSRP. I would not be getting the car. EVERY Mercedes dealer I have talked to is doing $15k , and these scammers are doing 50k ABOVE MSRP. Absolutely unacceptable. Sales manager Adam said it was our sales persons error, and the car will not be available. At this point, I don't EVER want to do business with this location.

      I had a horrible customer service experience at Long Hyundai's service department. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks, seemingly forgotten about on the lot. No communications from my service advisor. Work order was closed so no one else was able to tell me anything about my vehicle. His voice mail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. So the only way to find out anything was to visit the lot. Poor Customer Service!!!

      THIS PLACE IS SCANDULOUS AND A RIP OFF! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 OUT OF 5 (1) HAD MY 2016 HYUDAI EQUUS TOWED HERE AND THE KEY WAS LEFT IN THE DROPBOX. I WENT CLOSE TO THE END OF THE DAY AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT SEEN THE CAR OR THE KEY. (2)THEY CHARGED ME $175 TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A BATTERY AND IT WOULD COST ME $210 PRORATED TO REPLACE IT. AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE 175 + 210 I OPTED TO NOT BUY THE BATTERY AND TOOK MY CAR TO OREILY'S AUTO AND ADVANCED AUTO PARTS AND BOTH BUSINESSES DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM AS NEEDING A CARBURATOR ....NOT A BATTERY. SO I PAID THIS DEALERSHIP TO MISDIAGNOSE MY PROBLEM AND THEY TRIED TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED.

      My 2015.5 Volvo xc60 has been at this shop since Feb. 14. I have called and called and no one will return my call. I live in the Atlanta area. The dealer is in Chattanooga. My car started having issues on the way to Pigeon Forge. We were told they were backed up, so it would be a few days to a week before they could look at it. So we agreed. And we dropped off the car but had to get a rental, Because we were told they had no loaners at the time. But it is ridiculous and completely unprofessional to still be in limbo. About 6 weeks ago my mom was traveling through tn, so we had to get her to stop in to see what the problem was. Since I could never actually speak to someone. And she stayed there at shop until someone called me about my car. The tech said there’s an issue with the 4th coil. When I asked for a price estimate he said he doesn’t know, but would get the service manager to call me. Of course that never happened. Every call and every message has gone unanswered. This same message was sent to the owner of Long Volvo of Chattanooga and directly to Volvo customer care. Hoping for some answers, and hopefully accommodations, as this egregious issue needs addressing. Thanks in advance, TJ

      I went for a oil change on a Friday and I let the service person know that I had gotten my car detailed a couple of days prior and they cleaned under my hood and know my car was acting funny and I asked was someone working that could look at it and they said yes. They came back only to tell me that when they took it back to the back it wouldn’t start back up so I would have to leave it there to at least that next Tuesday because they needed to do a diagnostic test on the car. I gave them an extra day and called them Wednesday and they took my number and said someone would call me. No one called me at all so I went on that Friday to find out my car was just sitting there and haven’t had a diagnostic at all. They gave me a story about a salesperson quit and they didn’t know about his work load and told me that they will get to next week. Next week came and they said since I needed another engine that it would take 2months. I was like what and they said no one called you and let you know I said no and they apologized and said they had so much going on. I kept calling to check on details of my car and to make a long story short I had to call 1-800 number and report them when I called for the last time and they said that there manager was not there and they said someone will call me and I said you didn’t even ask my name and they already knew it even though I haven’t gave it to them and the lady on the phone said they had caller id I said wow that’s why they kept putting me on hold because they knew it was me calling so that’s why I decided to call customer service because they kept giving me the run around. I kept calling customer service letting them know look I paid two car payments because they had my car for over 2 months only for them to tell me that it wasn’t my engine that they diagnosed it for but it was SPARK PLUGS when I told them on day 1 that the detail shop cleaned under the hood and to top it off they broke my key to ignition and haven’t replaced it

      This place sold me a car that turned out to be totally a lemon from hell. The day I went to the lot and financed the car, they told me it only had about 68,000 miles on it. Motor was clean, had new tires, and seemed to run well. Didn't have the car two or 3 months and started getting oil and gas into the radiator and gas into the oil. Took the car to them to check it and they informed me that it needed a new motor and transmission. Said the motor wasn't the original so there was no telling how many actual miles was on it. And considering how short a time I have had the car, didn't offer any kind of discount for them to repair it. They kept saying they wanted more money for this and more money for that. They said they had purchased the car from an auction, had their mechanic check it who said the car was in good shape, but didn't know how he missed finding the problems with the car. They told me that the mechanic wasn't the one who normally checked out the cars when they came in but was a good mechanic. I feel they knew everything that was wrong with this car and just wanted to pawn it off on the first customer they could find. NO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION WHAT SO EVER !!!!!!!! Please avoid doing business with such an unreputable business such as this one
