Josh took time out of his busy life to meet with my wife and I about selling our house. He gave us some great, unbiased, advice, that helped us very much in the process. It was the first time we sold a house, so we had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. I cannot thank him enough for his help. I highly recommend working with Josh and his company through the very stressful process of selling a house.

Life can change in the blink of an eye. For me I went from buying a house, brining home my first child, to having to pack up and say goodbye to all of my hopes and dreams I had for our first little house. I reached out to Josh because I was trying to find the best financial option for me and my son. After reviewing a few offers, one of which was to put about $7k in upgrades so we could put it on the market. But that was not a guarantee for the highest sale price because I'd still potentially have to put money into the house during inspection, money at closing, and all the "what ifs"! I decided that working with Josh was my best option not to lose money, no "what ifs", and I was able to leave items in the basement I no longer needed or wanted. Title work was fast and we were able to close in less than 10 days. I had a unique situation and Josh not only treated it with the upmost respect but with compassion as well. To this day, Josh checks on us to see how we are doing! If I could give Josh 10 Stars if I could.Payoffer, LLC Response
