  This store has a no return policy that they do not tell you about prior to your purchase. So before you make a life altering purchase, you probably shouldn't make it at this place because you will be stuck with it no matter how dissatisfied you are with it, this includes defective products! Some information should be disclosed prior to you being stuck with faulty goods. They also do not assist with warranty issues from the manufacturer as it states they should on their receipts under the only "no returns" policy notice you get.

  I will reach out to you tomorrow when we are at work again. I was unaware of an issue with the full size mattress and boxspring that you purchased from our Hopkinsville store.

  5 days later and I still have not received a call from this business, as stated. Not real sure who "I" is, even though I have spoke to 2 different people on 3 separate occasions about this particular issue at this particular (Hopkinsville) location, so there are employees that ARE aware of an issue.

  We have bought furniture from this place for years but the last few purchases we have been VERY disappointed in the product and customer service! We recently went in to get a new mattress for the bedroom suite we purchased from them and we were told nothing was in stock except this one particular mattress that was a pillow top, we laid on it and we actually liked it so we decided to go ahead and purchased. HOWEVER, when we got the mattress we noticed it was too small for our king size bed frame both length and width wise, and when we laid on it it was like laying on a hard floor. We waited for two days to see if the comfort side of it would change and instead we woke up each morning with horrible neck, shoulder, and back aches so we went back to the store with pictures showing them that #1 the mattress was NOT a king size and there was about 4 inch space at the foot and a 2 inch space on the width, we also made it clear it was not the pillow top soft mattress that was in the show room. We are customers that have spent thousands of dollars at this place and they refused to give us a refund or do an exchange UNLESS we upgraded and spent MORE MONEY!! REALLY??? We called ****** mattress company they said they have a 30 day return policy and Rooms for Less NEVER told us there was a no return no refund policy upon purchase. So now we are stuck with a mattress that is too small for our bed frame and is like sleeping on a hard floor and we both wake up stiff and unrested. So this was the icing on the cake! We are still waiting after 3 years for our cracked table the sold us to be replaced ….. Just said when you are good paying customers and have spent a lot of money that they would treat us this way. Horrible way to treat veteran customers ! I can no longer recommend this place!

  I can not say enough good things about this company. I have bought from them for over 10 years and the customer service I have received has always been top notch. Any time I have had an issue with anything, they always go above and beyond to take care of it. I will always recommend them to anybody looking for great furniture at affordable prices.
