They sold my son a truck that the harmonic balancer was bolted on with lug nuts. Someone had tried to weld the crank on also. We have texts from the owner saying that they will pay for parts and labor. They paid the harmonic balancer and are refusing to pay for the batteries. One of them blew up all over my son and the other one had a sticker on it saying that it was no good and won’t charge. They won’t even pay the down payment back. He returned the truck and they said that they would resend the loan. It’s been over a week and the credit company still hasn’t heard from them. If you look up BBB, this isn’t the first one they have done this to. They also have lawsuits pending against them. My son got to drive it for half a day before anything came to the surface. They are even going to take it the auction. When my son took the truck back, it drove onto the lot and they are trying to tell us that it didn’t. We had friends go with him and the guy there that looks like he is missing an eye, actually threatened to punch my son in the throat. But he didn’t say it to him, he said it to his friends. They also had him sign a paper that said he would not post negative comments about them. The paper was just something typed up and not legal/ notorized. He don’t even do social media. We now have a lawyer involved.
