I have a 2006 Mustang GT that I bought brand-new from Ford back in office my clutch went out and I took my car back to the dealership because I wanted it done right. From August 4 to October they kept my car they cut my pipes to remove my transmission they put brackets back on I had to ask them to weld my pipes back. The clutch they put in worked for two months I took my car back there six weeks ago and it still sitting outside in the elements of winter and I have $10,000 worth of paint on my car and I have fully restored suspension engine everything when I asked him where are they going to finish my car it's always an excuse I'll pay 3000 almost $500 for them to fix my car initially but it's been almost 6 months and my car is not fixed I just need to know what to do most of the money they charged me was for labor but it was bad labor because my car is still at the shop and now it's almost March when I questioned them about it they act like I'm the one with the problem my only problem is I took my car to a dealership to be fixed and it's not.

The customer brought their vehicle in for diagnosis for not shifting on 7/7/21. Upon diagnosis we found that the clutch had failed and needed to be replaced. We received authorization for the repair from the customer which included an aftermarket clutch, slave cylinder, and pilot bearing. After the repair, the tech test drove the vehicle and found that the master cylinder was starting to fail, and the customer declined during that phone conversation, this was on 8/26/21.
The customer brought the vehicle back to the shop for the master cylinder issue on 8/31/21, this was the same day he picked up the vehicle. We ordered the master cylinder and finished this repair on 9/30/21, and the customer picked up the vehicle on 9/30/21.
The customer brought the vehicle back on 1/14/22 after 2,244 miles for a non-engagement concern.
