I've bought 2 brand new vehicles from Nissan and they've done the same crap to me twice in a row and my next new vehicle ain't going to be a Nissan because they put faulty stuff in their vehicles then refuse to fix without a recall in which they won't post I guess unless you complain complain complain for at least 3 yrs. They have been installing faulty radio volume buttons in their vehicles and they've done it to my Altima and now my Titan. I keep getting the same run around message from them. Don't go spending thousands on their vehicles because they never want to fix their issues. I had better luck with ****.Review from Danielle M

Don’t buy from here. I purchase a 2021 rogue in May 2022. I am a single mother with two kids and needed a reliable vehicle. This vehicle was brand new still had the plastic around it. Since then I have had two major issues out if this vehicle. My passenger window squeaked so bad but Nissan did fix and compensate for this issue. This last issue has been going on now for over 3 months, I though was my brakes so I was purchasing brakes and rotors only for them to tell me my brakes and rotors are good it probably just needed lubricant which was cheaper and I said ok. The next day my brakes still squeaked like no other and my vehicle has been back and forth to the dealership. I have lost time away from my vehicle work and kids works this issue. I reached out to consumer affairs and they will not compensate me or buy back my vehicle due to them settling with me for a different issue. The dealership can’t fix the problem just got my car back after 2 days and it still squeaks. I’m out of time and money on brand new vehicle. The mechanic told me there probably ain’t nothing they could do because everything looked good. Same on Nissan, do not buy anything for themReview from Thomas H

I have four different case numbers and they say it is their company policy to not respond to the customer. There is literally no customer care when purchasing an Infiniti. I have no idea if they have ever contacted the dealership that also refuses to deal with my complaint. Nissan does not care or have customer relationships. I will never purchase another Nissan (Infiniti) due to their "Do not care" policy!Review from Sally R

2016 Nissan Titan XD with only 64,000 miles . I’m highly disappointed in Nissan for not backing up their product, it was obviously faulty and unable to perform at the level it was advertised at. We had numerous turbo fixes and had to replace the transfer case. It became very apparent that this truck was unable to tow a trailer which was way below the Titan’s tow capacity. For this reason, we will never recommend Nissan to anyone nor will we ever look at a Nissan product again. Here we go again, we will have years of payments on a truck which wasn’t anticipated plus debt incurred from numerous fixes. All because of a poor Nisan product, hopefully our new truck will be reliable. BTW, Nissan charges crazy fees to check an engine light or to fix anything. DONT BUY NISSAN, please learn from our very expensive mistake.Review from Chantell M

Nissan has finally made me turn away from being apart of the Nissan Automobile family. I have owned over 17 vehicles from Nissan Brand and this being my very first time experiencing a lemon. I puchased my vehicle July 2023. In June 2024, my vehicle started leaking water from the light above the sun visor and on the trim of the passenger door. I contacted Nissan consumer, and they keep denying my claim. Nissan will not cover the maintenace and said the issue was not covered under warranty. I am contacting my lawyer to file a complaint about the defect with the vehicle. I will voluntarily surrender my vehicle before I pay for something that Nissan is responsible for. I don't feel safe, and it is only a matter of time before something bad happens due to the water being in the light above the sun visor. Nissan has not been helpful, and I am very disappointed with them.Review from Jesse H

I have a 2012 Nissan frontier. Took it to Nissan Gwinnett Place 2555 Pleasant Hill Rd. Duluth, GA 30093 for a airbag recall. Picked up while driving a vehicle tried to move into my lane almost hit my truck tried horn several times no sound. Kept on trying horn nothing. Took it back on 6/10/24 told them my horn was working before bringing it in for a recall. When I came to pick my truck up Mech Mike and Service Manager William R** told me we did nothing to your horn & that we can't help you. I asked for Corporate address and phone number. William said you an look it up. After going home found address, email address and phone number. Then sent a complaint by email received a case# ********. On 6/25/25 I talked to Chelsey Nissan Customer Affairs told her everything that happened. She said I know how you feel, but your warranty has expired, and I've talked to Nissan Service manager William etc.. and she is not a mechanic so I have no choice but to believe him. Sorry we can't help you. Do you have any more questions and said goodbye. I have been a loyal Nissan owner for over 12 years. My horn worked fine before taking in it in to them for an airbag recall. I bought my truck new in 2012. Now this company has damaged my truck. This is criminal, dishonest, they do not stand behind their work. Very Dissatisfied customer ***** ***** ********Review from Jennie N

Shame on Nissan! I loved this brand but no more. The transmission sensor failure of the Rogue happened and because Nissan never sent out specific recalls on this issue, just increased a warranty that’s now expired, unsuspecting buyers of these used cars are in for a rude awakening. Just bought one for $11000. Less than a month later I have to replace the transmission for $6000. I dealt with both Nissan dealer and used car lot and opened case with Nissan Consumer Affairs and they refuse to help at all because it’s past 84,000 miles. So their failure to send recalls to these vehicles and now their failure to help those who are buying these used ones is their best business practice. Shame on you Nissan! You have lost a loyal customer.Review from Wendy C

I have had a Pathfinder that had 72k miles and now an Armada that has 72K miles. Both cars were beautiful, I loved them. Both cars had a rear AC issue where they say the lines are corroded and it cost 4K to fix even though I paid for extended warranty. The 2010 pathfinder also had an issue with the electrical box which was built (idiotically) above the exhaust, so when my exhaust blew it melted all the wires. Total loss . Now my 2018 armada, which I really loved, but now the radio/navigation screen malfunctions as well as the cruise control, light on the speedometer are out and of course the AC doesn't work. All in a 2018. I have older subarus that have lasted longer. Obviously Nissan has an issue with bad lines for the AC. Don't tell me either it's salt from the road. I have had many cars in my life and none have had corroded lines like my Pathfinder and Armada, it's something Nissan does cheaply and wrong. I am so sad. In my life I have had 2 pathfinders, 1 armada and a Nissan altima, sadly I will never buy another one and I worn you to not either. Brand new car with extended warranty and it would cost almost 10k to fix everything. They are cheap cars and scammers.Review from Lauren B

I don't normally do this but cannot continue to happen to family's. This is our story. It's sickening to see large corporations, Nissan Corp. specifically, producing parts that are not sustainable and not owning up to their mistakes when it was their job to fix something in the first place. Just for reference, I had a warranty that was 7 years or 100,000 miles (per the Nissan Dealership I bought the car from) I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Aug 2020 my transmission needed repair (under warranty) and they replaced parts (protocol, which is fine). Sep 2022 those same parts failed and I was told I needed to replace my transmission fully at $6500. But I came back and told them it was still under warranty (for another 6 months). The warranty department came back and decided on only replacing parts again. Even though I know 100% that from the mechanics inspection that the best solution was to fully replace the whole transmission. 1.5 years from that fix in 2022 my transmission is failing again. Just to tally this up, this is 3x in 4 years my transmission has failed on a car that is under 90,000 miles. My 1st issue happened at 47,000 miles; 72,000 miles; and last at 89,000 miles. Nissan Corp told me that they would do 50/50 on my transmission repair but decided themselves it needed to be fully replaced. Although it's doing the exact same thing it did in 2020 and 2022. So instead of parts they want the whole thing which now would cost us $4000. My transfer case in addition is leaking as well from all these transmission issues (but Nissan won't cover that) that's an additional $2000. So a total of $6,000.They won't tell us why they decided on doing it this way instead of all the ways they did before. And won't tell us why they chose to not fully replace it when I was instructed it needed to be when it was under warranty. Now my car is devalued and I don't have a vehicle. Thank you Nissan for treating your customers like garbage. *over a month battle, how exhaustingReview from Lance T

I know that Nissan has not gotten good reviews in the past, but the past few weeks I have been in contact with Mike D***** and he has been amazing. Never had anything bad to say about Nissan, but now have great things to say. Mike sent me a great goodie box when I told him I was a fan of the Nissan Z and a note from him and his team showing their great customer service and attentiveness. All in all Mike has been great, and I don’t know if anyone from Nissan will ever read this, but I think this man deserves a nice bonus this year ;)
