I wish I could leave 0. WORST service ever and it's criminal. We leased a car with Nissan, NEW, two months before we turn it in, battery goes out, Nissan can't tow it, we have to pay for a tow. When we go to turn in our car, the guy doesn't ask us how anything is, rudely gets the key walks away comes back and says bye. Then we get our fist bill that says late. Agency calls us and we told her we disagreed with some of the charges and she said they'd call us, six months later no calls or letter again. I have been trying to reach someone at nissan via chat, phone, text, email for TWO MONTHS, I finally get a hold of the right person and they tell me tough luck on your bad experience we don't have record of your experience...mind you...no one asked me and I literally have been screaming it from the rooftops via chat and phone and reviews...then all they could offer me was a 40% settlement...that would ruin my credit score. And said they'll make note of my experience to which I asked is anyone going to call me to discuss it? and he said no but you can call them. So we had a broken car, no one asked about it, a large ** bill that we aren't even able to refute, and someone still telling me I will not be listened to as a customer. WORST lease and car rental experience ever. Zero customer service, zero care for your opinion, just money grabbing.

After having accelerator issues with my Nissan rogue 2023 I attempted to take my car in four times for the same problem. I then got in contact with Nissan consumer affairs. They made me feel so positive at first they gave me my second call back and said they found nothing wrong to be with my car. I asked the lady I said is Nissan OK that my acceleration keeps getting stuck and that my family could possibly be killed. She said all you can do is go take it back to the dealership again and get a paper trail. It doesn’t matter how many times you take your car into Nissan they will consistently keep gaslighting you. They also had to change my motor mounts within 10,000 miles. Nissan is failing their customers and it’s really sad. They don’t value them either. I traded the car at 10,100 miles. I feel bad for the next person that gets that vehicle. I did let the dealership know the current issues. It’s heartbreaking how bad my family was done and not cared for and how they completely avoided the lemon laws. Don’t waste your time with Nissian consumer affairs. They are a joke!

As I look thru the plethora of 1 star reviews all of which say either I wish I could make it zero stars or will never buy Nissan again I realize this is nothing more than the place Nissan sends people they have ******* over, for people to vent and hopefully move on. I would like to add to that I guess on both counts will never buy Nissan again wish I could select zero stars. Bought 2025 kicks nice car was happy till I hit a out 800 miles total on the car. When that happened I had a serious loss of power no warning lights just power loss, had vehicle looked at by dealer sensor in engine was bad. Ok crap happens I get it. I am without my car for 9 days while they fix the issue. I get my car back and 2 days later yes you ready that right 2 days later I have the same issue. This time however I get 4 different warning lights and 2 warning messages. Take to dealer guess what exact same part needs replaced again. At this point I am afraid to even drive the car for fear of being stranded along side the road. Nissan response sorry out bad nothing we can do have a nice day.

NOT PROFESSIONAL staff at the Lynnes Nissan city in Bloomfield NJ. They too not only held me and my husband drivers license but threw them in the shredder box to discard of. Then also called the police on us when they was holding onto our personal ID and did not want to interrupt a customer in the finance office of where they said our ID's was at. They was upset that after waiting over an hour for the advertised car that wasn't on the lot to come from the VP who was driving it we decided to leave and that how the mayhem started and did not end. We ended up purchasing the car as the GM that actually called the cops on us was the one who called to apologize about the whole situation and wanted to make it right. Had we known at the time who it was that called us we would not have went back to purchase the car. yes many fees was tacked on which we disagreed with, the advertised price was not the actual price which i kept questioning but I guess that is their tacit to get customers in the door. Now fast forward almost 45 days later and we still dont have our actual plates, we still driving with temp plates. So when they called the cops it was because one of the workers ran up on my husband so he pushed him out his face and then about 6 staff tried to get at him, when all they had to do was give us our drivers license. i repeated that again because as my husband is inquiring about the status of permanent plates he is calling one of the managers cell phone # provided on the business card and he answers "Who the **** keep calling my phone" from there it was on and he the manager even told my husband come see him if he has a problem. Told husband don't come Sunday because we closed come on Monday. I will keep filling compliants until i speak with the VP or higher of this establishment because they think it is fine to treat customers this way.

Hello BBB, From the day I purchased this Nissan, this car has always had issues. Transmission issues. The car is literally jerking and hesitating while accelerating from the day it was purchased. I have informed and complained several times to Nissan to get this resolved. It's unfortunate that Nissan does not won't to own up to the issues this car has even after sending me a letter stating there's an issue with the car. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. We only have one car in our household. We cannot afford for this car to have any mechanical issues. Especially as I take my twin daughters to the doctors appointment for their pregnancy checkups. I need reliable transportation. Getting stuck on the side of the road due to these issues are unacceptable and Nissan needs to be held accountable for their actions. Nissan waited long enough to where my warranty expired and now they won't honor the warranty. Selling me a lemon and the refusal to make this right is beyond unacceptable. Better Business Bureau, Please help to make this right. Thank you.

Shameful treatment of customers with true lemon vehicles. Their Consumer affairs representative lied on the open case we had in order to close it as 'denied' and we were never informed that occurred until the issues started up again and we called to update the case. They now opened a new case trying to skirt the lemon laws and make this situation right with us.

Been a nissan customer for 20+ years. On my 9th nissan vehicle. Never again! Had an issue with service at my local dealership. They didnt catch my evaporator core that has leaks and i did a $2500 AC compressor and serpentine belt replacement repair 6 weeks ago. Dealership told me it is now another $2992 repair to fix the evaporator which I was told they should have caught when they tested the whole AC system back in December. The service techs and salesman couldn't even look me in face because they had guilty all over their faces, they all knew nissan messed up! Also I was told by 4 other mechanics an evaporator should never even break in my vehicle or any vehicle at that! Went to other dealerships to shop around and they were giving me $7000-9000 for my trade even with the broken evaporator when nissan was giving me $5000-6000 for "what i was going through". Come on Nissan! Do better! They should replace my evaporator at no charge since it was their miss! Or refund me for the $2500 I already spent. They pushed me into buying a new car and they were trying to tell me they could give me an extra $1000 into buying a new car for my troubles. That was their solution!! Contacted corporate and my Rep for my case, stated they can't help me and the local dealership will contact me to discuss further. THANKS FOR THE HELP CORPORATE! You think if I resolved my issue with dealership I would be contacting corporate?! Unreal and ridiculous. They're not going to gain reliable and loyal customers with treating customers unfairly.

If I could give this place zero I so totally would. Do not buy any parts from these people because even if they're at fault, they blame you for their mistakes. And blame you for purchasing it and sending it to your home to take the part to the dealership nearest to you because you had 0 knowledge you needed to ship it to a dealership for it to be covered for something that went wrong on their end!

Unethical practices & high-pressure sales. I feel that I have been taken complete advantage of. On 01/02/25 I visited Nissan of Warsaw, IN to look into a 0% 60 mo deal. During the experience I experienced unethical practices & high-pressure sales when I asked questions or shared my concerns. The finance person was sent out to speak with me, She could not answer my ?'s so the manager joined in. And so the passing of the paper began. *The paper was collected at the end, but the manager never explained it, he would not give me a copy, but said that I could take a picture so I did. Once we had settled on a price the manager asked if I wanted to trade in my truck, I told him I had planned to sell it myself, but what do you have in mind? He went out and looked at the truck and came back with an offer of $8000. Seemed like a fair trade given the circumstances: $40,524.93 - $8000 = $32,524.93. He asked about the payoff but did not mention that it would be charged back to me. $32,524.93 became $49, 192.01 by the end of the long experience. Taxes, doc fees etc. raised the subtotal to $35, 092.01. At 0% interest for 60 mo, seemed like a good deal. The dealer got a nice truck, I got $8000 off the sticker price, but then he added the $10, 100.00 back on top bringing the total to $45,192.01. By the time the time we finished with the finance person we were at $49,189.80. Almost a $20,000 difference in price. *I asked if I could drive the car home for my wife to look at. The manager would not give me a copy of the final negotiated agreement, it was never explained and I never signed it. He gave me the key to the car. I told him that I planned to sleep on it over night, but the manager got pushy & said that we needed to get this wrapped up that night, Nissan could take the 60 mo/0% away anytime. I should not have traded my truck, I should have put $10K down, but without sleeping on it or understanding the paper that was not explained I missed it. Unacceptable Business Practices!

I traded in a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV for a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV. I wish I never did. I didn't have any problems out of the 2018 Rogue and this 2023 Rogue has a lot of wind noise from the inside of the vehicle and etc. I would never buy another Nissan!!
