      Weeks and weeks and weeks ago I called phone number from television TBN religious Channel. Purchased hydrate powder and multi collagen protein powder and brain boost. Three things this was advertised by *********************** ancient nutrition. Being on a religious Channel I assumed everything would go well. Called the number the person answered in *************** was very bad communication. Here we are weeks and weeks and weeks later and no product. I used a gift card a **** gift card that was given to me for my birthday. I used the card and there was a couple dollars left and I bought a cup of coffee later on and I got rid of the card because it was finished. Called ancient nutrition today got *************** again very poor communication transferred me to ***************** I sat there like a fool for a half an hour three times. Emailed company woman called me was very flippant and wanted to continue the conversation forever. I'm a senior I have a husband with cancer who drinks ******** and we're trying to get rid of the Gatorade. I'm a retired school teacher and I communicate very well but this woman had nothing to say about nothing and couldn't help me and promised to call me back and she did not. I want my hydrate my multi collagen protein and my brain boost immediately. I don't have the card anymore I don't have the gift card so nobody could look it up by that. The woman attempted to find it by my name and found nothing. I can only assume that someone in *************** got a hold of my gift card number charged it appropriately or inappropriately and I don't have my order so what can I assume happened?. Please get a hold of someone higher up the chain in this company. I've always been a fan of TBN up until now and I have used *************************** products in the past because my neighbor had some and gave me some samples and we were anxious to try the products. Why would someone on a ***** television program why would someone who started a company with the intention of helping people have such a horrible company and a horrible customer service and a shaky customer service at best? Please help me get my product as ordered.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was not rude to anyone I was being rudely spoken to. This was my hard-earned money I'm a senior citizen I used a gift card just send the product and I will be satisfied. This woman by the name of **** was rude. I ordered one bottle of hydrate because we want to get rid of the gatorade, I ordered a bottle of the brain boost and a bottle of the multi collagen protein. My address is ************ number 206 **********************. I bought products with my neighbor before and this is never happened but she's the one that did the ordering and I gave her the cash this is the first time I've ever used a gift card and placed an order and the placing the order with *************** answering was almost impossible and took forever they should not keep people on the phone for an hour placing an order. I'm ashamed that ancient nutrition because they should be hiring people in our country who need jobs not hiring *************** at $2 an hour to save cash so ancient nutrition can become millionaires. Please send me my product. Thank you

      I ordered a nutrition bundle package from Ancient Nutrition through ************** station over the phone. They never gave me an order number, yet they took the money out of my account. I ordered from them on October 5th 2023. In the total of $180.00.I have called them several times to get an update on the package, and each time they claimed it was coming. However I have still not received the package.At this point, I would just like help getting a full refund from ************************* Thank you for the help in advance.

      On Jan. 26, 2023, I attempted to order an item from Ancient Nutrition online. The order did not process, so their site said, due to the zip code. I then phoned the company to place the order and inquired about he zip code preventing me from ordering. The customer service person could not rectify the zip code issue and said she cannot place the order either. The "service" was appalling as she laughed and dismissed this. I asked for a supervisor, she said no one was available. I told her due to the company's lack of customer service , I no longer will order from them. The next day, there are multiple charges from ancient nutrition on my credit card for approximately: $22.95, *****, and 29,00. I phoned and asked what game they are playing by charging me for one item/order that they stated could not be processed. They hung up on me after I asked, again, for a supervisor. Someone called me back after I said I am calling the Better Business Bureau on them.

      This company bills customers after telling them their card did not go through-this is far from ethical business practice. I never attempted all of those purchases-Ancient Nutrition used my card info to make withdrawals after I tried to order one item.

      I would never use that disreputable company now after my experience and reading all of the atrocious reviews presently posted on BBB site! They ought to be investigated.

      It is next to impossible to get through to any "customer service"-they hang, a machine tells you there is no one available to take your call, and one gets the busy signal constantly. The owner ************ ought to be notified by the BBB of these unacceptable dealings with people. People ought to be alerted to this company's practices.

      I called ***************** after viewing a **************************** (***) television special for*********************************** formula. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the CSR, repeating the order several times. I ordered four bottles of the capsule formula, on the auto ship program. She then told me that I needed to also order ***************** vitamins, so I said okay. Then she said that I also needed 3 bottles of ***************** herbal apple cider vinegar gummy bears and I said okay, in order to get the full effect. Today, I received four canisters of the powder formula, which I cannot use. I did not receive the gummy bears. I called customer support and no one answered the telephone. I then emailed the company and I only received an automated response. This is not my fault. I have bought numerous canisters of the ***************** powder formula at local stores and on-line, and I cannot drink it and several canisters are going to waste unused. This company needs to straighten this out and send me the products that I ordered and paid for, please. I called ************** and I paid about $*** for the 4 month supply of the *********** capsule formula, the vitamins and apple cider vinegar gummy bears. I cannot use the powder formula at all and did not order it. I did not receive the gummy bears at all and only received a one month supply of the vitamins. The email address is [email protected].       May 24 my 16 yr old granddaughter was watching *** listening to Dr *** & Mr ***** promote MULTI COLLAGEN PROTEIN.She was impressed with the presentation & took my credit card, without permission & called Ancient Nutrition & ordered their $200 featured product . I came into her room & discovered what she had done. I immediately called within an hour Ancient Nutrition to cancel the order. I told them the order was placed unauthorized & the details.The rep said she could not guarantee the order could be cancelled because she would have to send an email to billing. I asked that she send me an email verifying our conversation & my request for the order cancellation. No email was sent. I was taken back that an A rated business promoted by *** could not cancel the order. I immediately called my credit card company & disputed the $200 charge just in case the order was not cancelled. Eleven days later May 25 the order arrived. It was left on my front porch so I was unable to refuse receipt. The credit card company sent me correspondence that the issue was being investigated. Since I had not heard from the credit card company or Ancient Nutrition on how to return the product I called Ancient Nutrition today June 4. I was shocked to be told that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES they would accept my return & the charges would stand. I mentioned their 60 Day Return Guarantee and was told that would not apply because I disputed the charge. I complained that their business practices were not in accordance with Christian Principles but more like petty hustlers out for a "BUCK". I was promptly hung up on. Dr.*** said to call to order even though Ordering online a 30 % discount was offered. We are in our 80's raising our granddaughter on fixed incomes & cannot afford the $200. The order can be tracked by the telephone number notated on the BBB form.

      I was watching a show regarding a product from Ancient Nutrition. I decided to go onto their website to look into the product more. The website was acting weird from the beginning, the front and everyone on the pages was blown up about 200 times the normal size. I logged off a few times making sure it wasn't my computer. After 3 attempts, I realized it was their website. As I was looking into the Collagen product it had added one to the cart. As I went onto the cart portion to delete it, somehow my information was auto logged in. (address, phone number, etc.) I hit the back button several times to clear the order and thought I had until I received a text saying "thank you for the order". I immediately called customer service and spoke with a gentleman, I think his name was ******. Anyway,he didn't want to help in any way. He said he would have to speak with a supervisor to get approval to credit the order, which was only 5 minutes prior. He told me the supervisor said that it was too late and I needed to receive the shipment once it arrived and then call to request a credit, but no guarantee. I asked to speak to the supervisor that told him that and he refused. I hung up and called back getting a different customer service agent. I explained everything all over again and she supposedly received a message from another supervisor saying she could request the order to be cancelled since it just occurred and I would receive a credit. That too did not happen. I now received a confirmation that the order shipped. I don't want to be bothered by having to receive the order, take time out of my day to return it and then wait 6 weeks for a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and such a disappointment from this company. I would like a credit immediately for the item that should have never been processed.

      My debit card was compromised a few months ago. I have since been getting notices from my bank that someone has been trying to make purchases from Ancient Nutrition. When I called and spoke to the first person she hung up on me. The second person was trying to get to much information from me which I did not give because I don't want to go through the bank ordeal again where someone took all my money. I would not even give this person my name. I just want them to stop using the old card so I don't get notices from my bank. IT is very stressful.
