      SCAMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. They charged my card unauthorized and when I called them to dispute this transaction they canceled the order (never sent me any product) and did not refund my money. Do put your card info on their records if you do not want the same thing to happen to you.

      Ordered 2 products for the first time. Shipping was not updated and it took 7 days to show up. I tried to cancel the two subscriptions and the link to “cancel membership” brings you to a broken page that “Is not found.” I emailed the company to cancel my subscriptions 4 days ago and have not heard back yet. Not impressed at all.

      BOUGHT SOME OF THEIR COLLAGEN AND PROBIOTICS ONLINE. WAS GOING TO BUY FROM ANOTHER SITE, BUT DECIDED TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS BY ORDERING DIRECT. THAT WAS A REALLY BAD IDEA. MY ORDER FROM THE OTHER SITE ARRIVED IN TWO DAYS. THE ORDER FROM ANCIENT NUTRITION, PLACED THE SAME TIME, IS STILL MIA. NO TEXTS, NO EMAILS. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. WORTHLESS ** SITE. THEY CLAIMS IT "MAY TAKE 1-2 DAYS TO PROCESS ORDERS". REALLY? WHY AM I ON MY 4TH DAY AND I HAVE NOTHING FROM YOU PEOPLE??? ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. DR A** CAN ***. THIS IS WORTHLESS. USELESS.       Horrible experience canceled my subscription 6 months ago they took 200 out of my account and overdrew me. Was told same day it would be returned, a week later told by 2nd supervisor by the end of day this week told they were wrong,and I will just have to jump through there hoops and still wait two more weeks if there were -stars they would be a -10. Do not buy this product

      My last order was underweight and the scoop was half the size of the scoop in my last can. Instead of 606 net grams, the can contained 584 net grams; the scoop delivered 8 net grams instead of 10.1 grams of collagen as stated on the label; the larger scoop delivers 14 net grams, not the 10.1 gram dose.

      THIS SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD!

      This is not the first time that I have received an underweight can from Ancient Nutrition. So now, I weigh every can of Dr. A**** Collagen upon arrival to check to see if the contents are the correct net weight.

      I wrote to customer service about the WEIGHT, and the rep apparently did not bother read my email carefully, telling me that the can would not be full due to what the volume looked like, but was the correct weight. I almost tore my hair out due to frustration with a stupid, inept customer service rep who did not read what I had written. I was not satisfied by their inept reply! Why doesn't anyone read something through to make sure that they understand the content of the complaint???

      I did get a clue further down in the email when I was told that the formula had changed and the volume would be different. Since the powder was packed in their old packaging and the smaller scoop was delivering less than 10.1 g of collagen, I don't know which powder I was using and did not know about whether I was getting the proper amount for my daily dose.

      Here is the important question: Did I get the new formula in an old can with a new, smaller scoop that delivers an unknown quantity of collagen powder?

      On top of all of this, the new formula does not work. Our joint pain returned.

      Ancient Nutrition has refunded my purchase. Unfortunately, customers receiving the new formula will be receiving an inferior product, possibly in old packaging, with no information from Ancient Nutrition about the changes.

      Hi ****,

      Thank you for your follow up here and I apologize we weren't able to provide an adequate answer in our initial response.

      First of all, we would like you to know that there has been no change to the formulation of this product since 2020, and while we aim to reach 100% of serving size and fill weight, there will always be variation based on material (powder) density. Due to supply chain limitations we have had to change suppliers which resulted in variation of density of the powder. Again, we did not change the formula, but we did change the supplier of some of our raw materials which is what the original Customer Experience rep was trying to communicate.

      Multi Collagen Protein was originally issued a scoop size of 29.6cc based on the original material used to formulate the product. After a scoop analysis using multiple sources of raw materials, we changed only the scoop size to best fit the array of material densities encountered in the analysis.

      With this in mind, it is a standard industry practice that our fill weight may range in +/- 5%. These containers are filled and pass over a certified calibrated scale to ensure they are within this fill weight range.

      I'm sorry you feel the product is no longer working for you. We stand behind our products and will always refund you if you are unhappy.

      My husband and I have taken the Multi Collagen Protein for a few years! We love it! My first sign that it was working was my fingernails grew fast and my hair.. and both in the best condition! My skin has really improved. When I read other reviews, I was a little shocked at people complaining about their skin breaking out (??) They must have very sensitive skin... ? I haven't had to use the customer service department, because my order always arrives on time/or early. I will continue to use this wonderful product! THANKS!

      The customer service I received today was horrible.....it was one thing after another not wanting to help me....I'm just trying to order your products and you treat people this kinda way...I ask for a Supervisor and he said there is nobody for you 2 talk too but customer service people only....He said thts how this company has it set up....Thanks because this call saved me hundreds of dollars 2day......I will never call and order anything from this business again after tht awful customer service i just had.....one person said u had the product then another said you didn't....you tried 2 cheat me out my money trying 2 get me 2 get the buy 3 get 1 free....knowing u can get the 6 for a way better price without the 2 free items but then acted like tht wasn't available....then you wanted me 2 call somebody else when u clearly can see ive only purchased your products from you......This was way too much 2 deal wit....Shame on yall....

      This company is very dishonest. I received a flier in the mail indicating that with a $50 order you could get a free multi collagen protein powder. There was no code needed since the "product will be added automatically to cart". I placed my order on line, totaling over the $50 minimum, and the free item that was added was an essential oil product, not the multi collagen protein powder. So, I called the phone number on the flier and talked to "Star". I told her what happened and she said that "they always have problems with their online orders" and she would be happy to take my order over the phone. When I gave her my 1st product, she quoted me a price $20 over the on-line price. When I questioned her, I found out that she wanted to sell me a larger product size than I wanted. It was interesting how she never asked what size. I also thought this was strange since I didn't see multiple sizes on the web site. When I asked her for the "30 serving" price she quoted me a price $10 over the online price. When I asked her about it, she said it would include free shipping. It seemed a little shady and I let her know that that made no sense at all. She started shuddering on the phone and became very uncomfortable. I ended up telling her that I cannot do business with a dishonest company. When ended the call. I want people to know to watch out for this company. These people are extremely unethical.
