I am not one to write bad reviews, but this company has absolutely no concern or care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. We booked this company out months in advance. Our plan was to have our basement completed with the concrete coatings. We spent months preparing our basement for this. We had an employee come out, check out the space, we picked our color, and completed the required deposit (months prior to scheduled date). For them to do our floors in our basement, it required lots of moving and preparation from us that included moving furniture, washer/dryer, refrigerator, couches, etc. Our scheduled day to have this done came, and they show up with a large trailer and truck then stating they could not get the equipment down there to complete the job that they needed the smaller van with their equipment in it. They said they could get back to us a few days later to complete the job. They then call us stating they cannot do the job at all cause they could not get their van down there either. We have waited months to have this project done, spent countless hours preparing the space for this project, and not to mention have a baby due in a week. We asked them if they could just paint the floors for us, but they still refused. They provided us with no referral for someone else. Just left us hanging. Im not saying their work is not great because we would not know, but their overall business and customer service is just bad.

We appreciate your feedback and do sincerely apologize we were unable to do the job for your family. I know your time is valuable and with a baby on the way there are a lot of moving pieces. While we make every effort to follow through and complete every project there are some homes that we just cannot get to for access reasons. We believe our trucks / vans would have gotten stuck in your yard and done more damage to that area and cost you more money in the long run. Our equipment is heavy and with the weight of that along with the vehicle weight it just would not work. We tried several attempts with both van and truck/trailer and could not come up with a good plan. We only "refused" to paint your floors because that is not something we do. Our product is not paint. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
