    We pay for service, they do not pick up our trash. These people are scam artists and need to refund the people

    I paid for service on October 1st. They missed the first pickup day completely. The owner came out the next day. They stopped and picked up one bag on the second pickup day. (I pay for three cans). They failed to stop again today. They do not answer calls, and they do not return messages. Since this is exclusive to this month (October 2024), they cannot blame the previous owner. I have used New Life before, and they continue to live up to the expectations set by the previous owner. If there is a race to the bottom in trash service providers, they win first place easily. If they feel compelled to challenge this, I will post call logs and receipt if I am able to do so. While they earn zero stars for their service, there is a blue ribbon waiting for them when they cross the finish line in the race to the bottom (if they ever do).

    Thank you Sam. Your feedback is helping us get better. By no means is this the fault of the previous owner. We have recently added a second person to our office staff as well as a call system that rings to the owners cell phone if it is not answered after five rings. This is not 100% perfect, but it has very much reduced our missed calls. I also appreciate you pointing out that the owner was out there the next day after signing up to clear all of your trash cans so you would not have to wait a whole week for your assigned pickup day. It sounds like you were able to speak with the office staff 10/16 and get everything sorted. I am sorry we failed to meet your expectations and hope we can earn back that trust in the future.

    This company started out fantastic, but they have really failed to fill their contract by repeatedly failing to pick up our trash for over 3 weeks now. I've contacted them by phone and text and their response is the same each time. "We are having issues with the trucks and will make sure it's picked up by the weekend. It's been ongoing for 3 weeks. I called today and as soon as I stated that I wanted to cancel my service, they hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional.

Our phone system got switched over yesterday so that, along with heavy call volume, may have contributed to the disconnected call. That said, this is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. We appreciate your patience during this time and would be happy to make it right. Please try us back at the office and we will get everything squared away for you.

    They miss a lot of pick up dates and are spotty at best. There isn’t really any communication when they miss. They only grab bags out of the can and do not empty the can. So if you have a bag break or have loose trash your gonna have to make sure and take care of that, like bag it. It’s 3 days now past pick up here and they have not shown up or called and we are forced to load our trash and take it to the landfill ourselves. I could see if this was a here and there thing, buts it a regular problem.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback for us. The business took on a new owner about three weeks ago and our main focus is increased communication. We have started a Facebook page and will be providing updates there as well as emailing clients for service related outages. In addition, we are working to replace our fleet of trucks in an effort to minimize service delays. We appreciate your patience with us, and look forward to serving you better moving forward.

    This is the absolute worse trash company I have ever had to deal with. They are inept in all areas of service and very unprofessional. They always have excuses for not doing what they are paid to do. I've only had them for 2 years and in that time I have had to make repeated calls to them for their failure to pick up my trash. I would NEVER recommend this outfit for ANYTHING. * I am at this very moment looking for another trash service to replace this sham of a company.

    Greg, thank you for your feedback. We understand there have been some issues in the past, and having just taken over as the new owner less than three weeks ago, I am working to resolve a lot of the concerns that our clients have had from the previous ownership. First and foremost is making sure trash gets collected on time. This issue came from older trucks that would consistently break down. We have one new truck on the way and another that is being built. This will allow us to service our clients with more reliability. In the meantime, we are trying to be as flexible as possible in working with people.
