    We spoke on the phone with Stan regarding a sofa we saw online, from a competitor. He explained that he can order it and suggested others that are similar to compare. We visited the store the same day to make sure he would be the one to help us. The selection of furniture is nothing short of amazing. Stan greeted us quickly and told us about the company, policies and guided us to the furniture we we're most interested in. He was very helpful with our needs! He was never pushy, just close by to offer information when we needed it. We found a sofa and recliner we like much better than the original ones we we're considering. He helped us with financing and delivery options and got us approved in no time. We are very happy with Stan's assistance and Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. My Wife and I give the experience 5 stars!     Buyer beware!!!!Dishonest, incompetent and flat out rude. On 2/16/25 my husband and I went to Knoxville Wholesale Furniture looking for 2 recliners. We found what we wanted & our sales associate, Greta ****** promised us the recliners would be there for pickup on Monday. I ignored the fact that she spoke mostly to my husband and often ignored me. I was just happy to find recliners I like so I let it slide. Monday we hear from no one so we start calling to ask for an update. We made 5 phone calls that day each time being told they would check and call us back. Same thing on Tuesday we called over and over but got no info just empty promises and no return calls. The people who answer the phone eventually told my husband that the recliners would be 2-3 weeks before they arrived. No apologies. No effort to make us feel seen or heard. So at this point I went online to redo the review Greta insisted I do while we were paying (I suspect bc she knew full well a review in a few days would say something completely different bc they hadn’t screwed us over yet on Saturday) When I pulled up reviews I was shocked at how many customers complained of the exact same issues from this store. I spoke with the manager, Joey, but he made more excuses about why they are so bad at what they do and kept repeating that he didn’t know anything about what had taken place up until now. I will not make the mistake of doing business with Knoxville Wholesale Furniture ever again and I will make sure I share exactly how bad they are to anyone who will listen. As the cherry on top to this bad experience Greta texted me that she is and I quote “sorry she even mentioned after we left how nice we were”. As if it’s rude of us to get upset that she was dishonest about when they would arrive and then no one in the whole place treated us with respect and good customer care or even return our calls. Can you imagine the audacity? If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

    Terrible experience! I purchased a dining room table and was told by Dillion there were 5 in stock. Great news! When it came time for delivery, they mysteriously couldn’t find any of them. Set up for the next week, hmm now on back order. This went on for weeks and was told that the General Manager assured it was on the truck for the next Wednesday. My faith was a little low, and for good reason. Even though I received a call the day before delivery confirming and said to have my room ready, no one called or showed up the next day. I HAD TO CALL AND CHECK ON THE STATUS only to be told it didn’t come in. Jason, at the Kingston Pike store was short with me and offered no help. So, now 2 weeks before thanksgiving, I have no dining room table. I even asked to purchase the floor model, but they can’t do that because they want customers to keep purchasing a table that apparently doesn’t exist. I received a refund and now it’s crunch time to find a new table- elsewhere!

    Purchased two power recliners in 2021 and purchased an extended warranty. Power went out of one recliner because when delivered the delivery person pinched the wire and it eventually shorted out. Took 6 weeks for warranty company to come to my house, and I have waited months for the part to be ordered. Do not purchase an extended warranty with Knoxville Wholesale unless you want to be in turmoil while you wait for a part that never shows up. I have made multiple calls to Knoxville Wholesale and Furniture Pros and when I told them I was writing to Tim ******* they purchase a part in North Carolina and it will be here Monday. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from this company and for a customer to be treated this way, is shameful.

    This is the delivery disaster for the furniture from #knoxvillewholesalefurniture. They called the day before delivery to tell me it was coming today (hmm yes you scheduled it last week). Me: ok what time? Them: they will call you in the morning. No call so I call at 10 am. The store doesn't know delivery times and no answer at the warehouse. Call the warehouse at 11. They say they will call in 15 - 20 minutes, call back in half an hour, call back in 15 - 20 minutes. This happens until 1:30. Call the store manager, he says they will call in a few minutes, he went to check. And I had to force a delivery refund and they will call the next day to process the refund (any bets?). The warehouse calls can you guess the delivery time????? Between 8 - 12 PM!! Call the store manager back, he never returned the call. The delivery guys called at 9 asking if they can still see deliver, they will be there in 30 minutes. At 10:10 we called the delivery guys. Five minutes later they arrive, an hour later they leave. It's 11:20 PM!! No respect for customers' time at this place, let alone their employees.

    Over the years, we have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Knoxville Wholesale Furniture and their subsidiary ASHLEY Furniture. Recently we had at least 7 drawer knobs break at various times over the last year or so through normal use. This is furniture that is approximately 7 years old purchased from Ashley Furniture, owned locally by Knoxville Wholesale. These are knobs made of a very cheap “pot metal” that just broke literally for no reason. My wife and I visited in person at Ashley in Turkey Creek to speak with the manager (Sherry) about replacement. We were told (by Leslie) Sherry was not there at the moment but would phone me later to discuss. She did not call. I have called back twice to speak with Sherry at least twice over the last week and she is never available and never returns my call. Ow I understand why KWF has a “C” rating by the BBB! We will no longer be a customer of either Ashley or Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. They obviously do not care about taking care of their customers!

    I wish I had read some of the reviews about the delivery process that others left here before I went through Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. We ordered a bedroom set on 2/4. We ordered a bed frame, 2 night stands, a wide dresser, and a taller dresser. We were told the day we ordered that the 2 nightstands and the wide dresser were available to be delivered 2/16 and that the bed might be able to be delivered that date as well. They told us that if the bed didn't come that date it should be soon after because this is something they regularly stock. The wide dresser wasn't standard to what they keep in stock so we knew that it would be "special ordered" and take several weeks to come in. 2/15 rolls around and we haven't heard back about if we would get a bed frame or not. I wanted to know so we knew if we should take our existing bed frame apart so there was room to put the new one in our bedroom. I called the store and spoke to a manager (Joey) who was able to call the warehouse and told me that there was not a bed frame in stock but they have one scheduled to be delivered 2/19 so they could deliver all the regular order items on 2/20. He said he would call me back if there was a problem but that I was scheduled for 2/20 delivery. It's 2/20. We got up and disassembled our bed frame and someone came to pick up our old dresser and nightstands in anticipation of our delivery. At 2:30pm I hadn't heard anything about delivery so I called the store. What I heard is that we're not actually scheduled for delivery today. I spoke to our original salesperson and the "manager of managers" (Bob?) who said they could deliver 1 nightstand on Tues 2/27 but now they're not sure if they have the dresser and the bed will take 4-6 weeks before they'll have one to deliver. No one can explain to me what happened to the bed frame or other nightstand that was supposed to arrive today that could come to my house or what happened to the dresser that they claimed was also coming today.

    Have been an Ashley customer for years - but couldn’t be more disappointed in the experience today. Went in & was greated by an older man. Explained an idea of what I was looking for. Nothing too crazy, but last time I looked there was nothing in store that fit the bill - so I explained that it had been 6-7 months, so I figured I would see if anything new was in. He told me I was best to just “look around myself”. I was frustrated & said that it was silly to have explained it all to him as a salesman, just to be told to wander alone. Only then did he say he could point some stuff out. As I was frustrated - I said no - I’ll look myself. As I was walking around - I stopped at the ladies in the back to express some frustration & to see if there was someone that could actually point me in the right direction. They say to speak to someone else, and the lady (who didn’t introduce herself) came over with an attitude. Started to tell me that he probably told me that because “most women will just get mad if you don’t show them exactly what they want”. It was downhill from there - she was rude, interrupted me, didn’t actually listen to what I was saying (I had asked to actually get help from someone else & she rudely told the saleswoman different things than what I said I was looking for). When I tried to advocate for myself, it was clear that she was judging me (likely for wearing comfy clothes on a day off) & actually had no intent to help me at all.

    Ordered recliner, sofa, love seat. Still waiting for delivery FOUR MONTHS later. I called and I said I want my money back, they said it will be at least two more weeks, and WILL NOT issue a refund and hung up on me. Never go there is my recommendation, seams like this is a common type review for this store.
