My mother purchased wheels and tires from this place. She recently got really sick and has been in and out the hospital. Despite her being sick, we stayed on top of payments. We got behind TWO days and they called and said “if my mother was dying to turn their merchandise in” EXCUSE ME? Is this what you tell customers with dying relatives?????? Makes me sick. They had no remorse, and told me they would leave the car on blocks. I asked how much my mother owed in total and the woman was rude and wouldn’t let me pay the wheels and tires completely off. This complaint is entirely untrue. The customer in question has been renting from us for some time now, and a relative or friend connected to her via Facebook recently submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, which upon further investigation was found to be a charge-off as stolen. Over the past few weeks, we have communicated with both this customer and what I believe to be her boyfriend multiple times. At no point did anyone say that she was "on her deathbed." During a call on the 19th, she mentioned having just undergone back surgery. In a subsequent call, she expressed that she was dying and reacted strongly when we suggested returning the property. All we did was explain the terms of the agreement, reminding her that if she could no longer afford the payments, she was welcome to return the item at any time without any penalties. I have no idea how this place is in business. Not just Knoxville but overall. They have very highly overpriced wheels & tires. Constantly rude when you come in. They have you sign a contract when you get your wheels & tires stating roadside assistance & free maintenance & they refuse to rotate & align my car like in the agreement… they made me repurchase 2 tires after they had wore… (the wear & tear had nothing to do with my vehicle, as I keep it very maintained) when I purchased my wheels they came scratched all to hell & with lumps, they told me to bring them back if there was a problem with NO money back… they have told me I owe 1,000$ on my wheels & tires & then I’ll call & make another payment & the balance will be the same. How? This place needs adjustment, it needs better, friendlier staff, as they are verbally rude. Not flexible with payments, they told me they didn’t care that my dad had passed away & I was 2 days late on a payment, they call my family members who also have contracts there & are tracking me down & their contacts ARENT even on my paperwork. This place is a disgrace & wonder why people do awful things to businesses…. This isn’t my first set of wheels & tires with this place but it WILL BE MY LAST!Business response

I have some doubts regarding the validity of this complaint. This specific customer entered into a lease agreement with us on October 20, 2021, for four tires. However, they ceased making payments and were classified as a stolen customer in February 2023. It's worth noting that the customer only had a set of tires, not wheels and tires. Regarding our business practices, we do offer lifetime rotation and balancing, as well as lifetime flat repair, provided the tires are in safe condition and there are no underlying front-end problems. Therefore, I can confidently say that this customer's complaint is unfounded.Customer response

They’re basically calling me a thief, over merchandise that wasn’t stolen, if it was why didn’t they come get them like they track everyone else down? Completely unprofessional, absolutely no customer satisfaction. They argue with you like they are the police. Trashy ass business in a trashy *** town. I will not stop reporting.

I requested a payoff on our account. I was instructed to complete a form for a payoff to authorize the transaction. I completed and submitted the form. The company, did not process the transaction and continued to pull funds from our account. I called several times and each time they said that a manager would call me back. Now they want me to pay more than the payoff and say that I did not call back, even though I was not instructed to call back.Business response

In response to the Better Business Bureau complaint, we would like to provide clarification on the issue raised by Mrs. ******
On July 23, Mrs. ***** contacted us to make a renewal payment, which was successfully processed. Subsequently, she inquired about the payoff amount, which was quoted to her as ******** Mrs. ***** then expressed her intention to pay off the account.
As per our company policy, for amounts exceeding ****, a credit card authorization form is required. We sent Mrs. ***** a link via text message to complete this authorization and instructed her to call back within an hour to finalize the payoff. Unfortunately, Mrs. ***** did not call back as requested. Consequently, her regular auto-draft payment was processed the following week because the early purchase option was not completed.
To resolve this matter, I have personally spoken with Mrs. ***** and explained that all of our calls are recorded. We have agreed to honor the original early purchase option price. She can now pay off the account at the quoted amount of ******** ***** *** ******* ******* **** *** ******* ******* * ***** ** ********

We bought tires from this company in September of 2021, I have the bank statements to prove this. They had access to automatic payments for the duration of buying these tires, until march 2022 when my husbands card was lost and therefore disconnected. When my husband and I fell on hard times we continued to pay weekly, but one week we just could not afford it, and called to tell them. They then double charged our card, saying we hadn't paid the week before, when clearly my bank statement shows they have, and that we owed 900 left on the tires. Flash forward to two weeks later, an employee of theirs came to my house and tried to jack up my car, with my children aged three and 10 months old in the car, claiming he was taking back their property. They said unless we made a 300$ payment, they were taking the tires. Payment was made. My husband called this week to see how much was left, as we have now made a 141$ payment and a 300$ payment, and they are claiming we owe 1100$ on tires, and we didn't buy them till November, missing two months worth of payments. We have paid a total of 2877$. When asked for the payments records they have failed to send them, failed to send a copy of the contract when asked, and continuously change the price.our next step is to get the courts to handle this.Business response
