I purchase a mobile home from them. At the time of the sale, I was told of all items that were included in the sale price. I was told by the sales person, ****, that HVAC was included in the purchase price. We also added additional money to the purchase price for installation of the home and utility hookups to the construction company. Upon installation, I contacted Factory Expo to ask when the AC unit was going to be installed and was told that normally the construction company was to to this install, but they were unable to, so ****** scheduled *** out of Cookeville to do the installation. At no time was any money mentioned. After the installation, I was told that they only put aside $**** for the unit and that I would be responsible for the balance. A few weeks later, I was contacted by ****** and was told that they decided that they did not have any money left to pay for the AC unit (heat until was already installed when home was built), and that I would be responsible for the payment to *** for $*******. Now *** is threatening to come get the unit. I want Factory Expo to pay this bill since it was part of my purchase agreement. Not my problem that they ran out of money.
