Absolutely the worst—had to seek out the waiter for our drinks we had already finished our salad—most of the ingredients were not fresh—after seeking out the waiter for drinks we had to do it again for straws—several tables were not bussed —-same way when we left—three waitresses on duty—here is the kicker we were the only customers—location St. Robert MoReview from Catherine P

They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction. I had the worst meal ever at the location in Rock Hill, SC. I sent a complaint to them to which they responded by phone and promised me that they would send a gift certificate to me as compensation. I contacted them again after no gift certificate arrived and now they are simply ignoring me. This is a terrible attitude. If this keeps up, along with their prices going well above average, this business will close. I will not be disappointed.Review from Chris B

Seriously the worst restaurant I have ever been too! The waitress smelled of pot and acted high as a kite. She came to take our drink order before our food order. Should have been a clue. Took over 20 minutes to complete our drink order once it was placed. I ordered a New York Strip; worse piece of meat (if you can call it that) that I have ever had. The salad bar was a train wreck. Not clean or stocked at all. Bathrooms....I think I'd rather use the facilities at a hooker bar than this here. Also to note are the patrons. Seriously the table behind us, the guy was on the phone setting up a drug meetup. I had my kids with me and dude dropped the n word several times in the exchange. If you don't want white people using the n-word I suggest you not say it in front of my white kids who are 10 and under. Please corporate shut this place down! You put down a wounded animal. Put this place down. *And for corporate's automated reply back....read the damn comments and if you still want to be in business in the next five years; shut this location down. Dallas, Georgia location severed spoiled milk to a toddler, then the manager argued about. He refused to correct the situation. Was rude to the adults, then took food and lemonade away from the toddler leaving her in tears.Ruby Tuesday Response

Honestly if this store cannot be staffed properly it should be closed. Judging from the online reviews it probably won't be long before that happens. So sad as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Kinston. If you order online to pick up in store add at least 30 - 45 minutes to the pickup time you are given. There were no visible employees for 10 minutes once I got inside. Check your food before you leave. The sides that I got were inedible. You'd be better off going to McDonald's and that's pretty sad. And don't bother letting corporate know about your experience. They don't respond.Review from Chris C

We visited Ruby Tuesday Powell Tenn today around 11:30 am a party of 5 . We placed our order and it took an hour and half to get our food then the ribs were tough. We asked for more drinks and extra sauce for the ribs but never received them. We asked our waiter and even asked another waitress but neither one ever brought them to us. We had to go and ask for our ticket cause no one ever came back to the table. This is why l had quit going to Ruby Tuesday cause they can't seat you cause they always say they are short handed and usually only a couple people running the restaurant. It is sad cause l use to love Ruby Tuesday but l had told my daughter before going today that on the past they were having problems. Well the problems have been going on a long time now. Todays experience was terrible and l cannot see how this restaurant will remain open much longer.Review from Ray B

Twice a week, My roomates and I visit the Carrollton, GA location, WE received the usual e-mail stating the garden bar was $6.99. One of the ladies that goes with us is 80 years old She asked how much was it to add soup, The server never gave her an answer, till she wanted a refill, then was told it would be the regular price of $13.99. When she asked for the manager a young kid came and basically said she should have known the pricing, Then Tyler came and said you'll pay pricing or go to jail, he called the police to lock me up just because his employees don't know the pricing. Final bill was $7.99, not $6,99, for me and the elderly lady was charge $13.99 . I think this store is crooked, my opinion!, they charge you what want or you go to jail WOWReview from Michelle P

Should be -0 , My husband and I ate at the Lebanon Tn RT. Their was spiderwebs on the booth seats and food everywhere on the booth seats. I was shocked how filthy the window seals the floor, other booths with spiderwebs and food crumbs on many of the booths and chairs, and tables. They do not clean seating. The waitress brought a towel over but my husband cleaned the side he was sitting. The table was sticky. The chairs are ruined with stains and age. For the most part it is disgusting and my family and I will never eat there again. I'm praying we don't get food poisoning. I considered it carefully on what could make me sick so I chose Mozzarella sticks only. Close it down!!Ruby Tuesday Response

I do appreciate Ruby Tuesday reaching out and sending us a 40.00 coupon. The issue is that we will not go anytime soon, if ever in Lebanon Tn. Thanks but no thanks. The manager Nicole said she's working the managers position and cook. Evidently when she's in the back no one works and follows directions. If it was cleaned from back to front I may consider eating there. Till then maybe it'll be cleared out and disinfected as everything should have been done in the first place.Review from Dean J

Most horrible experience I have ever had. On X-XX-XX on the way home from Myrtle Beach , I tried to place a pick-up order for 5pm at the Asheville, NC. location. The person I tried to place order with was supposedly the Manager, Christina. When I told her I would be using the Spintuewin coupon and wanted to make 3 different orders for 3 people who each had a coupon she went nuts. After several attempts to explain something she just seemed to refuse to understand , she said I was being rude and she could not take my order and hung up. Called back and tried to tell her I only want to make pick-up order and the again stated she would not take my order and hung up. Called again and was told she had called police and reported me for harassment. Seriously, this is how Ruby Tuesday at that location treats customers. I had no problem ordering at the Florence,SC. Location on the way to the beach. If Ruby Tuesdays didn't want to honor the coupons they should not have had the promotion. Will never again eat at any of their location. Slowly but surely Managers and employees, like are at that location , will put Ruby a Tuesday out of business. Ruby Tuesday apparently does not understand how they make money and stay in business. Really pathetic. Tried several times to reach out to customer service and all I get is ,we will have a member of the local leadership get in touch. Have not been contacted as I write this review. Only reason I give 1 star is because I can't give negative stars. Old saying goes make a customer happy ,they may tell a few people about it but make one mad they will tell everyone they know, guess which I will be? Ruby Tuesdays just celebrated 50 years of being in business. The first location in Knoxville has been closed for sometime and the rest of the locations will soon follow.
