      I noticed on October 12th that this business deducted ***** from my checking account. Since then every month on the 12th I have been charged. After further research I have found that they are a debt collection agency who I have NEVER set up any agreement with. I have no emails from them no receipts I dont even know who they are or how they even got my bank account information. I have never spoken to them before but yet am being charged every single month. I also tried through their website seeing if I did have an account i did not know about and it says they do not have any accounts matching my SSN or DOB. I want the money refunded.

      I was a victim of identity theft which involved my checking account at ************* back in April 2024. I contacted Orion Credit Union about this since most of my payments for my 2024 GMC account with ********************** is paid from my ************* account. I spoke a representative at Orion requesting my option to pay this particular account without affecting my credit or relationship with Orion. The representative at Orion suggested I stop all ACH for this particular account until the identity theft issue has been resolved. I continue to make my payments which I made two payments in April 2024 for my *********** payment. My balance remained the same $82,238. I made June payment of $1574 which is my regular payment when I opened this account in September 2023. My interest was 9% and regular payment $1574. The requirement to obtain this payment and interest rate was direct deposit, ACH payment and to use my debit card. I maintain this requirement until I was a victim of identity theft. I tried be proactive by notifying Orion of this issue, but without notice, Orion increased my interest from 9% to 12% and payment from $1574 to $1775. I have made multiple calls to resolve this issue since April 2024. I spoke with ***************************** multiple times to resolve this issue but no resolution. ******** told my her boss will call my to resolve this issue, but I never received a call back. I spoke with ******************, customer service supervisor that told me he was sending an email to someone in the lending department to resolve this issue, but no call. I spoke with a lady in the lending department that told me a manager will call me back within 24 hours, but I havent received any call back. This issue has been going on since April 2024 all my payments since April. I have a total of 4 car loans, credit card, checking and saving account which I never have been late paying. This is very disappointing to know I have all of these banking relationships with Orion and I am being treated like this!

      It happened in April of this year, as I desperately needed the figure of deposits from my bank account to do my tax declaration. As my password was no longer valid, and Orion failed to send a certification to my phone in ******, I had to call in long distance to the banks's customer service, not once but twice, only to waste time and money, but did not get the service. Eventually, I did my tax declaration by guesswork from the records of the previous tax year. I only request Orion to have the access to my records restored to me.

      I have banked with Orion Federal Credit Union and Memphis Teachers Credit Union for the last 40 years. The last two weeks they began holding my paycheck, which I deposited for two days before Crediting my account with me with the funds. I have never had one of my paychecks bounce. I am formed the teller that if the issue wasnt resolved, I would have to find another bank to do banking with. He said he could not help me. I called customer service and complained and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I find it very sad that they treat a long -time, faithful customer in that manner.

      I called and spoke with ******* after I was advised that SSA benefits advisories would go out extra early so that financial institutions may make the deposits available sooner due to back-to-back holidays and reduced staff. I was advised by ******* at Orion that the payments for the 1st had posted early and the 3rd payments may as well. The payment has not posted as of today and I don't understand why the credit union would not post the payment now rather than the 2nd or 3rd. I requested a manager's call back, but ***** has called. I'm becoming uneasy about banking there, as it is proving to be very inconvenient and highly stressful.

      I have a 2017 mini ****** ********** finance by Orion. I been having insurance since I drove it off the lot. When I called Wednesday they said I haven't had insurance since September. I have been with ***************** since August 28th Orion has been charging me for insurance. I know my new insurance sent them a letter. I have a copy of the letter.I ask was they going to refund my money they said no it would go towards the car payment I think I should have a say where it goes. I had accident Nov.11 and my insurance paid. I ask would they reimburse my insurance and they said no because they only cover if the car is total never heard of such. I want money from both since it is against the law to have 2 insurance on a car

      I can not pay my bill online or over the phone. Their website has not worked right since I received a loan from OFCU. Almost everytime I call the customer service number the wait time is super long and I seem to get hung up on. On the website I was finally able to get logged on a couple of months ago. I had set everything up to do auto pay for my loan payment. I didn't realize that it wasn't working until this month of August. I got on to their website to see what the issue is and it says that my account is incomplete, that I don't have a home phone number, which it is input where it needs to be. I try to call and I just get hung up on after waiting an hour. I have had nothing but problems with OFCU.
