It happened in April of this year, as I desperately needed the figure of deposits from my bank account to do my tax declaration. As my password was no longer valid, and Orion failed to send a certification to my phone in ******, I had to call in long distance to the banks's customer service, not once but twice, only to waste time and money, but did not get the service. Eventually, I did my tax declaration by guesswork from the records of the previous tax year. I only request Orion to have the access to my records restored to me.Initial Complaint

I have banked with Orion Federal Credit Union and Memphis Teachers Credit Union for the last 40 years. The last two weeks they began holding my paycheck, which I deposited for two days before Crediting my account with me with the funds. I have never had one of my paychecks bounce. I am formed the teller that if the issue wasnt resolved, I would have to find another bank to do banking with. He said he could not help me. I called customer service and complained and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I find it very sad that they treat a long -time, faithful customer in that manner.Initial Complaint

I called and spoke with ******* after I was advised that SSA benefits advisories would go out extra early so that financial institutions may make the deposits available sooner due to back-to-back holidays and reduced staff. I was advised by ******* at Orion that the payments for the 1st had posted early and the 3rd payments may as well. The payment has not posted as of today and I don't understand why the credit union would not post the payment now rather than the 2nd or 3rd. I requested a manager's call back, but ***** has called. I'm becoming uneasy about banking there, as it is proving to be very inconvenient and highly stressful.Initial Complaint

I have a 2017 mini ****** ********** finance by Orion. I been having insurance since I drove it off the lot. When I called Wednesday they said I haven't had insurance since September. I have been with ***************** since August 28th Orion has been charging me for insurance. I know my new insurance sent them a letter. I have a copy of the letter.I ask was they going to refund my money they said no it would go towards the car payment I think I should have a say where it goes. I had accident Nov.11 and my insurance paid. I ask would they reimburse my insurance and they said no because they only cover if the car is total never heard of such. I want money from both since it is against the law to have 2 insurance on a carInitial Complaint

I can not pay my bill online or over the phone. Their website has not worked right since I received a loan from OFCU. Almost everytime I call the customer service number the wait time is super long and I seem to get hung up on. On the website I was finally able to get logged on a couple of months ago. I had set everything up to do auto pay for my loan payment. I didn't realize that it wasn't working until this month of August. I got on to their website to see what the issue is and it says that my account is incomplete, that I don't have a home phone number, which it is input where it needs to be. I try to call and I just get hung up on after waiting an hour. I have had nothing but problems with OFCU.Initial Complaint

1.I have never had an account with this company ORION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION 2008357L****, REMOVE from all credit agencies from reporting. 2.consumer means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. According to 15 U.S. Code ****a (3) 3.This letter is in pursuing 15 U.S. Code ****c (c) Ceasing communication 4.I am the consumer mentioned in 15 U.S. code ****a (3) You are ORION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION the debt collector ***************** (5) I am invoking specified remedies under use 15 U.S. code ****c (c) (2) as a creditor I am demanding you to terminate all farther efforts pursing to 15 U.S. Code ****c (c) (1) 5.I am the executor under the 15 U.S. Code ****c (d) pursing to 15 U.S. Code ****d A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. I received a debit MasterCard in the mail from Orion Federal Credit Union out of Memphis TN I then received a notice stating I have an account with them I have never heard of this bank before in my life. I have tried calling them for over 2 weeks now and the recording says the same thing with their local number and their toll free number theres 30 people ahead of you then youre holding for hours then hung up on this is fraud. I called the number on the debit MasterCard and hit the key for dispute and the lady said that they have all my information and the card was activated but refused to deactivate it when I asked her. There is something very fishy going on here I did NOT open an account with this credit Union its not on my credit so why couldnt she cancel this card? I dont know what the bank account number is I was never issued one just the last 3 digits. Please close this account in my name Ive been trying to do this for two weeks now. I received a credit card from them that I did not apply for. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to call them, and I have left messages that never get returned. I have also tried contacting them by email. I have not gotten any response from them explaining why they are sending me an unsolicited credit card and don't know how to get it canceled and make sure it is not on my credit report.
