I called Orion and spoke to an employee about a pending fraudulent charge on my account, the employee said there was nothing they could do until the payment fully processed and I said okay I guess I understand if that's the policy but they did not suspend my card or account. the payment did process but then more fraudulent charges were made. it was the weekend so i did my best to call the automated system and cancel my card and was unable, the system stated it wasn't able to access my records and nothing was done. I then went to the business in person and spoke to someone who who stated that it was wrong of the previous employee to not suspend my account. With that being said the new and current employee I was speaking with in person was only able to help me out by printing my transaction history and giving me another number to call "Charge back customer service" I called and was hung up on 3 or 4 times and then when someone finally answered they said their system was updating and call back in a couple hours. NO one has been able to help me and my account is negative over $500 due to this, and I have not yet received help after reaching out multiple times.

ON 04/08/ 2022 WHILE LOOKING AT MY ON LINE ****ING ACCOUNT I NOTICED SEVERAL ONLINE TRANSFERS WERE MADE. ON 04/05/2022 MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS HACKED BY AN OUTSIDE ONLINE TRANSFER FOR ***** DOLLARS AND ON 04/06/2022 THE ACCOUNT WAS HIT FOR AN ADDITIONAL ***** DOLLARS. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE **** AND FILED A FRADULENT **** TRANSFER. AFTER FILING THE PAPERWORK, WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION AND FILE AN AFFIDAVIT OF ON LINE ****ING FRAUD. WE DID AS WE WERE INFORMED AND WE WENT HOME AND WAITED. ON 04/13/2022 WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE **** DENYING MY CLAIM. ORION IS A FEDERAL INSURED ****. WE HAVE BEEN ****ING AT THIS INSTITUTION OVER THIRTY ODD YEARS. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION WHEN I FIRST OPENED THE ACCOUNT THAT IF ANYTHING EVER HAPPEN MY FUNDS WOULD BE INSURED. The *************** Transfer Act provides consumers relief from fraudulent electronic transactions. If you report a loss within two days of discovery, you will only be responsible for $50. If you report a fraudulent transaction after two days but within 60 days, your losses are limited to $500. If you fail to report a fraudulent transaction within 60 days of discovery, you may face liability for the entire amount of the fraudulent transaction unless your bank has additional safeguards that go above those provided by the law. ORION'S RESPERSENTATIVE INFORMED ME THAT THEY SENT OUT ALERTS AND TRIED TO CONTACT ME. I INFORMED THEM THAT I NORMALLY LOOK AT MY ONLINE ACCOUNT, BUT DURING THAT TIME I WAS OFF WORK AND SICK. I ALSO ASKED WHY DID ORION LET SOMEONE LINK UP TO MY ACCOUNT AND WITHDRAW MONEY WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. ORION REPRESENTATIVES STATED, THAT IS THEIR POLICY. I ASKED AGAIN WHY DID ORION GIVE PERMISSION WITHOUT HEARING FROM ME, AND THEY STATED AGAIN THAT IS ORION'S POLICY. THEREFORE MY HUSBAND AND I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT IN FEAR ORION WOULD TRANSFER SOME MORE MONEY.

May of 2017 I refinanced my vehicle with this bank. I signed for my title to have a lien put as collateral, they had POAs from myself and my husband being he was on the original loan through ***** This was a 6 year loan I paid off 17 months early on January 3, 2022. On that day I was told I would have my title in 4-6 weeks, that would fall between 1-31-22 & 2-14-22. I have yet to receive my title as of today 4-27-22 and was unable to accept an offer to sell my vehicle for a substantial amount due to lack of title. The bank informed me that **** was still on the title and it was not their responsibility to get my title to me. I want my title to my car, I want this bank to be held accountable for what they were supposed to do. They have caused me loss of money, anxiety, distress and they expect me to put my time and money into getting the title to my vehicle that was their responsibility as of May 2017 when the papers were signed. Today they told me **** never held the title and I have paperwork from them saying **** is STILL holding my title because they fell down on the job and dropped the ball. With all they are putting me through they will need to give me monetary relief.

Orion Federal Credit Union has seriously damaged my credit rating and I want them to fix it. Purchased a camper from ***** KOUNTRY RV in Cabot, Arkansas on August 10, 2021. Contacted ***** in September 2021 concerning needed paperwork and account number to make payments. They said to wait 6 to 8 weeks for paperwork to be filed. Contacted ***** again in October 2021 and was told to wait another 2 to 4 weeks. In November 2021 received a letter from Orion Federal Credit Union, 400 Monroe Ave., Memphis, TN XXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX stating the account was in collection for payments due and this has ruined my credit rating. That's when I found out what my account number was and where to send payments. I paid $5,000 at time of purchase, $500 November 26, 2021, $500 December 9, 2021, and $500 December 23, 2021. I still couldn't use the camper since I couldn't register and tag it because I hadn't received the title or any necessary paperwork. When I contacted Orion FCU and asked them if they had the title, they said no they didn't need it, they only received the payments and forwarded them to *****. I filed a complaint with BBB Arkansas and received the title February 22, 2022, along with a letter from ***** asking that I not be penalized because it wasn't my fault the paperwork was late. At this time, I called Orion FCU and tried to explain the situation and ask that they help me repair my credit rating since it wasn't my fault. They told me they couldn't help because it was already turned over to a collection agency. They turned it over to the collection agency before I could even make one payment. Also, if I received the account number in November 2021 and made a payment in November 2021 and December 2021, how could I be late. I believe Orion FCU failed at their job and I'm being punished for it.
