The team at Treadmill Doctor are amazing! Super knowledgable and know every in and out when it comes to treadmills. I spent over two years trying to get an issue resolved with NordicTrack and my x22i treadmill. I told them the issues and they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong within a single conversation. Thanks for the help. I was in an endless loop of insanity with overseas support reps until you stepped in and provided me with a solution.

I can't remember who I spoke with, but they helped me out wonderfully and courteously, and I was able to find the exact replacement platform I needed for my treadmill. A money saver for sure! It's great to find companies that provide replacement parts as it helps keep unnecessary items out of landfills. Not only did I save money by fixing my treadmill, it was essentially a zero waist project: the cardboard shipping box was used as mulching base in our garden and the old cracked platform is now part of our chicken coop. I have had my Pro Form XP treadmill for over 15 years and have put many miles on it. Have replaced the motor a few times and the belt once. Replaced the control board several years ago.When I had a failure with the treadmill this time I had to contact treadmill doctor who assisted me with isolating the failure to the control board. Purchased the new improved control board and installed it with the assistance from tech support. Treadmill is up and working again.
