    i MOVED IN FIELDSTONE APARTMENT ON 8/2024, i HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HOT WATER AND HEAT, I HAVE CALLED 8 TIMES WITH COMPLAINTS OF PROLEMS WITH HOT WATER. THEY HAVE REPLACED 2 HOT WATER TANKS AND SUPPOSEDLY NEW UNIT; I STILL HAVE NO HEAT!!!!!!I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH THE COMPANY, THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNREALISTI AND GIVES ME THE RUN AROUND. THE ATTITUDE FROM THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

    The resident notified management of the issues in her home. Two third party contractors performed work on her HVAC and plumbing systems. Along with maintenance replacing the hot water heater twice. The issue has been resolved. The staff responded to the resident courteously, promptly, and professionally during all communication. The property manager met with the resident to discuss the work and steps taken by maintenance and vendors. The resident has decided to transfer on site. All parties are pleased with the outcome, and we look forward to having Ms. **** continue her residency with Fieldstone.

    The management team address my concerns and issues promptly and moved me to another unit. *** has been great to work with and ****** was nice. I appreciate them both during this time.
