    Horrible new and old owners bought table and chairs and a couch and matching recliner 6 months later they were still giving me reasons to why I didn’t get it and they can’t give money back because of new owners please don’t do business with them they are so unprofessional and yelling and screaming at me because I did business with them

    I spent 600 on a recliner that the mechanism to lower it down broke and I am average size. They replaced chair and the new chair broke in 10 days. Legacy wouldnt do anything so I called a repair person who said the recliner I have is a *********** with these known problems. However we cant get parts so I am out of luck with a 600 dollar chair that cant be used. Dont buy from these guys especially recliners. The quality of recliners they sell is laughable.

    Terrible. Buyer beware. Financial exploitation of elderly. Take NO verbal agreement. Read your agreement and ensure anything stated or promised is in writing. Their verbal agreements, which they do often with vulnerable populations, hold not weight.

    I order back in February 2022 here it is oct 31 no furniture and no refund ask for my money and they told me 7 days oh course that didn’t happen so l told them that lm getting a lawyer and turning it in to bbb

    OMG, where do I start…it was delivered to me 3 months later than I was told and I tried to be understanding because of the way shipping is right now. Well, I finally received it 3 months later and paid for shipping they set up. Wrong cushion and missing four legs. The regional manager was cool about getting them to me but I am the one that initiated the calls to check to see if it was in the Murfreesboro store vs being contacted. I get to the store and get the cushion but Rodney cannot locate the legs which he looked for very nonchalantly and waited til I got home to say, oh they’re here! Remind you I have paid for delivery for these items.Well, I returned the wrong side cushion but Rodney was suppose to wait til the next day to hear from me before he returned it and guess what…he returned the cushion before hearing back from me! It has been 2 weeks and I cannot get the cushion back but have been told everyday regional manager is bringing it but was told today they sold it! So, I am here with a cushion that does not fit my paid in full couch but have a cushion Im sure they will put on new furniture and sell after being in my home almost a month. Rodney got so flustered with me that he ended the call without resolution and now I’m having to go downtown tomorrow to fill out a civil suit form! STAY AWAY FROM THE CHEAP FURNITURE…YOU GET WHAT YOH PAY FOR!
