      Advance Financial is a predatory lending service, they send mailers advertising easy installment loans or lines of credit, without detailing the exorbitant amount of fees and interest you will be subject to. A quick application process & youre approved, money in your account same day. Next thing I know theyre withdrawing $600 from my account, taking rent, food and Christmas money from my kids. They offer payment arrangements informing you that you can pay whatever you can afford, to keep calling back to make arrangements and stop collection activity What they dont tell you is that you will likely be paying on this for the rest of your life, because once you look at your account, the interest on your original loan has gone up tenfold only 1.5% of your payments are going towards principal. I took a $3,000 loan, Ive paid just under $2,000 on it over a few months, and my current principal balance is still $3,000.TOTAL balance is $4,300+. How is this legal?? They need to be investigated and shut down. I refuse to make another payment without stopping the interest and fees accrual, crediting the nearly $2,000 Ive already paid towards the principal balance, and make some kind of settlement with REASONABLE payments for the remaining principal balance. I want to pay back the money I borrowed, but I will not be stuck in this hamster wheel of bleeding me dry only to have the amount I pay each ********* up in fees and interest, giving me no way out. At this rate, I would be paying thousands for 10 years and still end up owing $10,000 for a $3k loan. Absolute insanity. Ive paid back 2/3 of the money I borrowed, over 5 months. Its not like I havent been paying. I called and spent 30 minutes on the phone with them and they offer no solution other than to continue bleeding me dry while matching my payment with fees to my account.

With reoccurring daily fees, over 60% of monthly payments are paid to CC Flow, a ******** of *********************** leaving less than 20% towards the principal amount. In the wake of a recession and institutions like ******************* misusing funds, it's imperative for other banking institutions, like *********************** to be audited, as they continue to practice predatory lending for their own benefit

      Advance Financial turned my debt over to Cheadle law firm for collection. When l called the law firm they stated my debt had jump up to **** dollars on an original flex loan that was only **** dollars. I asked them to setup a payment plan and they asked me how much l could pay. I stated 350 monthly. They said they could accept that however refused to send me proof of debt or proof of our payment arrangement to sign. They stated they dont do that. I asked how do you make payments and they said on their website link. Which has a payment link that doesnt even show the date you made your payment. The lady l spoke to stated they dont have to send me anything in writing and that l would have to just look at my bank statements for proof of payment. Advance Financial already charges over 200%percent on their flex loans. Im asking for proof of debt from original creditor and my payment arrangement with the law firm to be sent to me in writing so that it can be legally binding. I never had a collection company refuse to send you proof of debt or a payment arrangement in the mail. The law firm also told me l would still be sued even though they accepted my verbal agreement for 2 years. When l asked how l would know when it was paid off they said call them back in 2 years?! What kind of company is Advanced Financial dealing with? I know there is no way a **** dollar loan is now **** hundred. Also when l called Advance financial my information was still in there automated system and it stated l owed **** with a past due of ****. Im asking to be allowed to make my monthly payments straight to the original creditor as l cant obtain proof of debt from the attorney at Cheadle law firm.

      I am rejecting this response because: When l initially reached out to the law firm they stated they do not provide written documentation of our agreement and that they would not be sending me anything in writing. They told me to check my bank statements and use that has proof of payment. I have never had a company refuse to send your arrangement in writing. I reached out to you because they refuse to send me anything. I need to see the actual balance with all fees included to know what Im agreeing to. Please assist me in having them forward this information to me in writing. I did request and the lady who setup my arrangement refused to send it. Im still trying to figure out how a **** dollar debt has jumped to ****. They have to give me and show proof.

      I took out a loan and discussed with an agent that it would be 135 every two weeks I got online and they were charging me over ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* to pay what I can afford not the loan balance is tripling and I cannot afford this at all this company was not ho eat in disclosing the full information of payments and policies and I believe this was an unfair and unclear attack on me as a consumer. This company should not be in business they do not practice lending with ho wary at all.

      I am writing in regards to the lender, Advance Financial 24/7, for both breach of contract and unjust enrichment. I entered into a loan agreement with the former to consolidate debt and to pay off the loan in short term. However, the outrageous interest rates and continued deceptive tactics influencing refinancing and reborrowing while raising interest on existing loans has raised flags that have already been addressed in previous class action suits and settlements involving the attorney general. After taking out a loan with a principle balance of $1,369 and already making multiple payments exceeding $500, the principle still owed has ballooned to over $2000. This violates my consumer protection rights and assumes malpractices the company has already been sued for.If the balance is not assessed and terminated I will be pressing charges with my representation and also contacting the attorney general. I will not be making any more payments to this fraudulent company.

      this guy that's the manger of advance finance he came out to my mother apartment about me not paying my payment he's been bothering me every sense and i wish someone will tell him to stop before i take something out on him please help me out before

      I contacted the business about my plans to pay **** towards the principal balance on my account which was *******. When I made my payment on 11/14/2022 they only applied **** of that amount to the principal. I sent several emails to make sure the total payment would be applied to the principal balance .

      I paid and closed an account with Advance Financial on September 28, 2022. A fraudulent account was opened on October 18, 2022; I was notified via email and began to call. I couldn't get through the phone because the previous information on the account had been changed. I've had the same number, **********, since 2018, which was changed to ********** account #*******. I previously dealt with ********************* to assist with closing my account. I reached out to her for two days, no response. I kept calling the corporate number, **********. I was told a supervisor would have to call, but after eight calls, three weeks later, no call. I made a police report and was told I needed an affidavit from advance financial. Advance Financial won't provide me with an affidavit until I provide the cards used on the new account, which I informed them, aren't my cards, and I did not take out a new loan with them; I closed the account on September 28, 2022. I'm now locked out of the account and can't access anything online. I've been waiting on a supervisor to contact me, I did not open a new loan with advance financial there is a freeze on my credit report, I did not provide my driver license or check stubs. The representative stated i sent an email with my driver's license, i informed her i didn't not, someone is email spoofing.

      I borrow money from advance financial in 2019. I paid on time as payments were due. I went into the branch in Antioch ** off ************* to settle the account. They told me how much i needed to pay and it was settled. They printed papers out saying it was paid and that was that. I get several emails from them begging for me to take out another loan since then until now but I do not have a need to. I just got a letter in the mail this week saying I owe over $4000 and I'm seriously delinquent. Keep in mind the debt was settled, receipts were printed and i have emails that state what my limit is and that I do not have any debt with them. I called Advance Financial today and they took my information and said they are closed. They don't recognize the only phone number that i have had for 19 years in their system. I tried to see if I could pull something up online on their website and believe it or not, the email address they have on file is not mine. I was trying to reset my password just to see if there was an account outstanding showing under my name and all the information they have is incorrect. The lady i spoke to said she would send my information to a compliance department or something like that and get back with me. The point is I dont know why they don't keep better records of their accounts. The good thing is i have proof in my email that the account was paid. They need to fix all of the discrepancies they have concerning my account.
