I placed an order for earrings this morning, for my daughter who lives in Texas. I live in the UK. So the time difference is 6 hours ahead of the USA ???? I placed the order at 5.00am USA time. By 7.00am USA time, I realized I had the house number wrong on my daughter’s address. I immediately emailed company customer service, telling them of my mistake. I got an email back immediately telling me they were not open yet. On their website they state they will do their best to change delivery address, but can’t guarantee it. They also state to contact them asap. I received another email when they start Business for the day, telling me they can’t help me. My notifications as of now, tell me the item is not yet dispatched, so this is nonsense! I do not recommend this company.Review from Tammy S

We appreciate your feedback on your experience. The purchase that was made was a final sale purchase, which is not eligible for return, however all our products are covered under a minimum 30 day warranty. You contacted our team this weekend and we responded asking some follow up information about your damaged earrings. We have yet to receive a response from you, but are here to assist when you are able to continue communications with out team.Review from Lauren T

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVER POORER QUALITY OF JEWELRY! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have broken jewelry they refuse to replace and their customer service email I've been working with is worthless.Uncommon James Response

We appreciate your feedback on your experience. We provide a 1 year manufacture warranty on our jewelry items. Unfortunately, your outreach to us about your product was made 2 years post purchase and falls outside of our warranty. Since it is no longer covered under warranty we are unable to provide replacements for your items. We have offered a discount for the frustration, which was rejected.Review from Marilyn M

The jewelry is overpriced and their customer service is horrible. They start their return policy from the date you place the order and it takes 5 days to even receive the items. They would not help me with a return or any kind help regarding a necklace that has a defect in design. When it was within 30 days of my RECEIVING the item. The jewelry is very cute but becomes tarnished after weeks of wearing. Very poor quality for the price. I bought another necklace on ****** for much less at the same time, and it now over 2 years and isn't tarnished at all. I will not be buying jewelry from here again. Thank you for providing us feedback on your experience. We provide a 6 month warranty on our everyday jewelry items in case they become damaged or tarnished. With normal wear, gold plated jewelry will eventually see some tarnishing, however within the first 6 months we would not expect this. I really wanted to a be a supporter of this brand, but the quality is SO poor. I can’t believe how much one piece of jewelry is for it to fade and tarnish after a few times wearing. I even avoided wearing the jewelry while sleeping, working out, showering etc. I bought a Leo ring which I loved and wore it only three times to have the back of it become a completely different color. Now the front of it is starting to fade. I hope the brand really reconsiders how these products are made considering how expensive they are. I won’t buy another item from Uncommon James after giving it many chances. Way overrated and terrible quality.Uncommon James Response

Would give negative stars if I could. I placed an order that I never received and was told they would process a reshipment. When I got the reshipment I sent it back because I needed the items by a certain date and they didn't arrive in time. I was then told they would not refund me. Over a $100 that I am now just out. I placed an order, finally got said order, returned the order and they still have my money. Next I'm going to file a claim with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) as this company is stealing from me.Uncommon James Response

The products all look amazing. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars. I own everything from the wine rack and wine toppers, the white and copper measuring cups, bone and copper serving spoons and copper ice cream scoop, countless pairs of earrings and necklaces. I purchased all these things very close together in love with the aesthetic. The quality is terrible! Everything has chipped and/or fallen apart, jewelry Oxidizes and changes colors beyond quickly. Everything is horrible and cheap quality. Every single kitchen item I have purchased has needed to be replaced within six months to a year. The kitchen items are not every day use items and are kept in a cool dry environment. After just a few uses, they discolor , chip, or bend and fall apart. The whisk completely broke in half and I was refused a return. I ordered a teapot and needed to return it because it was leaking, they sent me a new one and that one leaks as well! I will never order anything from this place again, so unhappy that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on crappy ProductsUncommon James Response

I think her earrings are beautiful and cheap looking. She didn’t want me wearing her jewelry. I revived some unfair treatment and it’s called discrimination. I’m on the fence about buying her earrings ever again. Probably will since it’s a free country and there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to buy her cheaply made expensive garbage jewelry.
