    Bought 4 chargers for 79. I receive 4 boxes on my porch, the 2 small ones are open due to improper taping and packaging. I did not open or inspectI did finally get ahold of someone 2-3 weeks later that told me my 4 chargers were in one of the small boxes. *******. I took 3 boxes ***** as I was told, did not accept delivery. No credit. Heavy package was to be picked up by **** NOT I was only able to talk to a person 1 time. Left very many messages to call back, not.Very many e-mails sent for inquiry, never a response. Website says they are too busy taking orders ( so dont bother them whilevthey are ripping people off) but they will get back to you. Not. Placed order for 4 chargers on Feb 6. They still have not picked up last box and have not credited my account. My credit card company cannot even get ahold of them. This fraudulant company needs to be stopped.

    I filed a claim for some food pouches damaged in transit and never heard back. When I posted my dissatisfaction on **********, a 4Patriots rep asked me to submit another claim. I sent photos and lot numbers a SECOND time and have yet to hear a response. How disappointing that a veteran owned business would treat a fellow veteran this way. Any intention I had for additional purchases is out the window, no way I’d send another dime to a firm with such abysmal customer service.

    I was unable to modify my original review but did want to give credit for the response. Joey with customer solutions was able to send replacement food pouches within about a day of my complaint, whereas my original request was unanswered for several weeks. Further, he sent three replacements for each damaged item, a total of six new food pouches to replace two damaged ones. Although I had to wait a while and file two claims, I must give 4Patriots credit for going above and beyond once the claim made it to the right person.
