I have had a couple minor things, both fixed when I told there representative. The only reason it's a four because everyone can do better.

The product is good, but customer care is horrible, after attemps to contact company over a week and half, no response. Don't expect them to honor their buy 72 hour food kit, and receive two additional kits. I bought 4 and received no additional kits. Very disappointed in the company

Bought one of their solar generators a few years back. Used it maybe 5-6 times. Haven't used it in 3 years. On our camping trip a week ago I figured it was all we needed. Wrong! It wouldn't hold a charge. When I complained, they suggested I buy a new one. No help with the one I had already bought. Sad!!!

No Stars. Purchased Patriot Power Cell CX. Doesn't work at all...Doesn't charge phone. Turn on the light feature and it will NOT turn off. A total waste of money.

Stay away from this business. They aren’t Patriots. The product I bought and never used was broken when my electricity went out a few months after their warranty expired. Warranty or not the product was a lemon. I will never buy a 4 Patriot product! I paid good money for a solar generator and it was broken when I needed it. Now they say try it out when you buy it. Thanks! That doesn’t do me any good now.

I had a subscription for their Power Greens. When they changed the name of the company to 4Patriots, they never notified me. They cancelled my subscription without notification. I called them, got a very nice person who helped me reset my subscription. Got my first set of greens, but when it came time for the next shipment, I got an email stating it was out of stock and would be sent when they got it back in stock. A week later, I went on my account and guess what? No shipment dates or info on it, so I chat with a rep. She informed me that they were changing to a different variant and she could put in my subscription for the variant. I asked what the variant was, and how much it cost. She never told me what it was, but the cost is $20.00 more for each container! So instead of $97.00, it would be about $140.00! I told her no, and to cancel everything! Just so you know-- this is what they have done to me, maybe because they want to focus on those who are paying them more money, but their customer service is terrible! No communications about my account or what they are changing. The greens were great, but the customer service, or lack of it, has cost them a customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I made two orders and was told it would take 10-14 days to receive them. I contacted customer service five days after I made an order by phone because my credit card was declined and told them I wanted to cancel. I was told that all my orders were already out for delivery, which was a lie. The main part of the order had not been picked up by *** yet. So I asked the customer service representative for the *** tracking numbers. They gave me three when there were actually four total shipments. I then called *** and told them I did not want anything from this company shipped to me, and they told me I needed to contact the merchant. When I called 4patriots, they told me I needed to contact *** about these deliveries. Now, two weeks later I just had delivered the last part of the order I had not known about because they failed to tell me the tracking number for this fourth shipment. Now they want me to wait 10-14 business days to send me a new box to ship this item back by *** ** and I have to take the order to the nearest *** **  store 24 miles from my house, when there is a *** store 5 less than 10 miles from my home. Then, they tell me there is a restocking fee! This company is absolutely terrible, and the things they sell are all made in China! I am not happy at all.

your solar generator is junk, spent 2500.00 , i got to use it 3 times thats about 830.00 everytime i used it. when i called for help i was told sorry there was nothing they could do. what a crap company. can't find anybody to work on it. what goes around,comes around.

I had an issue with my 2000x generator that I never have used since I purchased it a little over a year ago and I spoke several times with customer service with no positive results. The battery was is not charging and leaves me with no operable generator and never been use so I have to think it’s a defective battery. Well I just got a called back from one of the managers that is going to replace it at no further cost for me . This act leaves me to apologize for the negative reviews I turned in about the company and I give thanks to the company for again being understanding to take care of their VIP’s and backing their sales . This is what a good and professional company should do , I will always be grateful for their support and continue to refer people like I did with my neighbor . Thanks again 4patriots !!!
