    I placed two separate orders on 3/19/2025. One was for $1,039.12 and the other was $1508.14, for a total of $2,647.26. A partial shipment arrived at my home on March 21 and the balance of the order came on March 24. I have been trying to return all items since April 7th, but have not had any cooperation with the company. The representative I had been working with, ********, gave me her direct number *************. I gave her two different email addresses to send the return labels to so I could print them out. They should have been here around April 14. Nothing. I have called and left voice messages for ******** on April 16 & 17. No response. I would really like to get these four packages returned and my funds replaced to my bank debit card. I did receive the info to return the hazardous package (batteries) thru FedX, but no shipping label. When I tried THREE different FedX businesses I was met with different reasons why I could not return the items. I was willing to pay to ship everything back thru them, but "didn't have an account with them", "I needed the return labels", and so on. I am very frustrated and would appreciate your help in resolving this as I am getting nowhere on my own. Below are 3 of the 4 tracking numbers. The 4th one in unreadable. 1ZA511R70397760899, 1ZA511R70399161989 and 1Z198A5F0303020666.

    I ordered this item on April 2. They never sent an email confirmation or any other information about my order. I called them and a lady told me the product will be shipped the next day but nothing ever changed and I have sent them 2 emails so far and nobody has responded, I asked for a refund with no response either and I just notice from social media that a lot of people is complaining of having the same issue with this company!

    I purchased a solar generator and used it for maybe a weeks time over the last couple years and now it's defective. I just spoke with customer service via chat, and after 45 minutes of waiting on a technician response, I'm told there's nothing that can be done and no replacement. I contacted 4Patriots soon after I received this generator due to issues with the power supply and charging, but I never received a answer as to how to fix or replace it. Now the inverter for the ac supply isn't working, and I'm being told there's nothing they can do. Paying $2500 for faulty equipment and the company not backing up their products is unacceptable.

    I purchased a solar generator package. Half the items were broke upon arrival. I contacted them they emailed me labels, then contacted me told me they were the wrong labels. Turns out I'm missing a label and they're refusing to do anything about it. I am disgusted. I am stuck with over $3000 worth of broken junk i can't return. They tried to tell me I had to go out and buy my own box. I refused. This is their s**** up by sending me defective items. Im not wasting another *****

    After reading a catalog from the week of 1/6 and saw the patriot power sidekick for $149.95. I got online to buy 4 of them and the price was exponentially higher.. I would like the advertised price to be honored. If not, this was false advertising.

    I am rejecting this response because:

       They refused to honor the advertised price because it "was not intentional and was an error." They continued to offer the10% discount and finally offered a 50% discount. I opted to purchase two of the item at 50% off the website price but this was still over $100.00 more than the advertised price. While on the phone trying to order the ************* Sidekicks for 50% off, there was lots of unneeded attitude and difficulties in the way of confusion from the customer service **** i spoke with. I finally successfully ordered the two ************* Sidekicks for the bait and switch price, not the advertised price. I then received the two ************* Sidekicks in the mail during the last week of January 2025. Upon opening my package I noticed there was a catalogue advertising items for sale for a set price that was published by **************. While reading through the advertisement I noticed that the ************* Sidekick was still being advertised for the $149.99 even though they knew this price was not going to be honored. This has gone from a defense of "it was an honest mistake" to me believing that their company knowingly and purposefully sent out an advertisement with a price that they knew they wouldn't honor. Again, I am asking that they honor the original price and stop sending this false price out. I know with 100% certainty that they were fully aware of this mistake because a *** said they were instructed to not honor the advertised price through a "memo" from management and they then knowingly sent out the same false price. I will be satisfied if and only if this company honors the advertised price and refund me the difference. I have actual monetary damages as this advertised price was not honored and it is a now an easily proven fact that 4-Patriots,LLC knowingly sent out price quotes they knew they weren't going to honor after being notified it was false. If they continue to do it, it is my stance that they knew it the first time as well. If the previously mentioned price adjustment doesn't happen then I will have to escalate this Consumer Protection Act violation to the next stage.

    when I received my Sidekicks, you provided an advertisement that still showed the false price. When I asked you about that through private email you continued to say, it is a mistake. Your company was notified that you were advertising a good for a price you refused to sell the item to then you continued to violate the trust of consumers by continuing to advertise the item for the false price. This is a consumer protection issue which I will be pursuing. I have given your company multiple opportunities to do the right thing and provide the item for the still currently advertised price. It was unintentional,  and, it was an accident, goes out of the window when your company didnt do their due diligence and even attempt to correct this advertisement as to not mislead the public.     I am rejecting this response because your company knowingly sent out the same fictitious pricing. Knowing this and knowing that your company made more money off of these than if it were sold for the advertised price is pretty disgusting. In the separate email you sent me you admitted,  When we packed the boxes for our products, we added a catalog to all orders; therefore, you will still see the same advertisement. This same price is not reflected on our storefront or other web links associated with it. Just because the website shows a different price, which you say is the correct price, that doesnt make it OK to knowingly send out fake advertisements to entice people to buy the product only to change the price on them.

    Purchased an emergency battery supply system, kept boxed and used for about 30 hours. Battery will not hold a charge of more than one bar. I contacted them seeing if there is any options, I am out of warranty, out of luck, told to take it to a battery repair company. This have very limited use, cost over $1800.00 and stops working within 30 hours after use.     We returned 2 units and have not received a refund in over a month. We purchased the 2000x generator (order # *** 1373) and the expansion pack (order # *** 1378) in August 2024. We decided to return both because this companys customer service does not return our phone messages or answer our emails. It is as if it does not exist. We think the company may be a scam.When I notified the company that i wanted to return the items, i did receive two empty boxes with no instructions. I contacted the *************************** at ************ and was told that the return authorization for the two items was already on the return label. We returned the two units including the solar panels in a separate box via FedX on October 16, 2024. The **** website indicates that the units were delivered on October 22, 2024. 4Patriots website states: Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days from receipt of the returned product. It has been a month since the three items were received, and we have not received a refund to our credit card nor have we heard anything from the company.

    Back in June 2024 I ordered the 4Patriots *********** Emergency Cooking Bundle. I found that after inventorying the two tote containers that the package came with, there were some overages and some shortages. I sent 4Patriots an email asking for my order to be filled and offered 4Patriots if they would send me a return label, I would ship back to them any overages I had received.     Mistakenly order two generators from this company in mid October. Upon receipt I called 4 Patriot's and requested info on how to return one of the generators. I spoke with a young lady and she related that they would be sending me boxes and a "sticker" for the solar panel. She also related that 4 Patriot's would be charging me 100 dollars for return fees. Even though web sites states clearly 100% refund. Credit card Refund will be returned upon receiving On Nov 13 2024 I sent another request to 4 Patriot's for information and received an auto reply with no details just phones numbers to call.
