    Fraud!! After I made my purchase I received an email that the fee has changed and I need to pay more, I called the contact center and the service was terrible because the staff that takes the call speak a broken spanish and the quality of the call is really poor. My reservation is cancelled and I want my refund back

    How is this possible I'm completely flabbergasted and disgusted not only that this company is allowed to pull this but more so that someone actually gave them a license to do it. Im not only heartbroken but speechless as well. I purchased a ticket that was supposed to leave SFO at 1:48 I arrived early around 12:00 and when I tried to check in I was told the flight was cancelled and my new flight was at 7:10. You have to be joking me no one contacts me no one emails me just switched. I tried to get on another flight with no luck and then 3pm I give in and say forget it refund me and im told they can't refund me ***. If that's not enough I was so start to book the return flight with the same company and guess what,,,,,,yup no refund. Hahah how is this possible please help me understand. How do you sell someone a service that you don't provide and then not refund because e if that's how we're getting down I need to get up to date because I thought we were living in America where you were protected from this ****.

    I have offered a a round trip from executive Simon on economy and charge extra did not have what I paid for, he kept me on hold for 30 minute for a supervisor, never call back. Never use this place.
