In August 2021, I received 2 quotes from Premier Quality Home Improvements. The first was for a patio, 16' x 16' x 16" high, stamped & stained, a set of steps & a small concrete pad. The second quote was for a roof to be built over the patio. On September 3, 2021, I signed a contract & wrote a check for the deposit. I was verbally told they would start the next week. As per the contract, the completion date was to be no later than October 22, 2021. I had no further contact from Premier until the week prior to the contract completion date. It was then that I contacted them to ask why the work was not done & I was told that I was scheduled for the next week (the week of the completion date). No work was done that week. They came & installed the forms the following week (the last week of October). That was all that was done. I was told that the forms had to be inspected. The inspection was completed & passed ** November 17, 2021. After numerous emails & texts, the majority of which I received no response, the workers showed up on the Saturday after Thanksgiving & finished installing the forms. At this date, December 19, 2021, nothing else has been done. As per the contract paragraph 4, "Completion: Barring unforseen circumstances, estimated completion date for the project is 10/22/2021 weather permitted. Any changes to this date shall be agreed to both parties and commemorated in writing signed by both parties..". I have not been approached in any way to amend the completion date. All I want now is for the concrete to be poured & the patio stamped.Business response

Please understand when my crew is scheduled and on your property to get started on the scope of work. You stop my team from changing tasks. It has happened a few times. We had a signed contract in which you agreed to items listed on the quote. We met a few times and went over on scope. My crew was on the property and ready to get it done when the task was interrupted, and the job changed. That is why it took longer. I am deeply sorry for the way you feel, ma'am.
