Constantly changing the rules of how to deposit money remotely call on the phone to find out problems with your account. They just came up with you can ask questions over the phone without security questions being answered thank you very much. Only they didn't send out emails about that or letters or phone calls I just found out when I needed to know why a business check hadn't been deposited yet they wouldn't talk to me I was with First National Bank for 35 years I will be closing my account next weekReview from Debbie N

They give you or each account of personal banker. Mine was ******* *****. After starting with First National Bank close to 30 years ago and loving the people I knew them all. It's a shame First Bank Texas took over most of the staff including the president **** ****** are no longer there. They've replaced it with cold and caring people that lie to you or have changed their policies so much anything that First National Bank would do for you that you could count on for help they said they can't do that I called my personal banker a liar because my request had been taken care of several times don't Bank there they're terrible people I'm closing both of my accounts and my safety deposit box I can't count on such cold uncaring people.Review from John B

Beware of putting your money in this bank. They are neither trstworthy nor honest. I have along with others I know have had wore transfers that seem to disappear and low and behold have the same exact cause, or an exce use , for the missing wires. The Manager is not one you want to trust. I was lied to and treated like a problem not a valued customer there. I as well as the others noticed that even though the problems are grieved even when you climb there chain to the top they back each others behavior. That bank is an nightmare.
