Update: I contacted him by message for the 4th time, he said because I left negative feedbakc, he won't come to fix the rest, he doesn't care his customers' needs. Quite not reliable and professional, not recommended any, the bathroom faucet was dripping, and I called him to come to fix, after he checked and then said will charge $200.00 and asked me whether it was the only issue it had, I said, yes, the issue was dripping, which made me feel he is not professional, he is the plumber, he should know causes after check, and I said it is kind of Expensive, he said and then offer me $150.00 to fix it. Then he went to local ********** buy something, which made me confused as well, as plumber, he should have some in hand and can fix it directly normally for it is a very mini and normal issue, but he needed to go ********** to buy. After half hour, he came back and did some related correction about 15 minutes, the asked me come, saying, oh, the water dripping was caused the plastic slider damaged, and then he needs to go store to buy, but also require to charge me $50.00 more. Which I felt not happy and sure he is not any professional, anyway, he had done half, I wanted make things easy and accept his request. Yet he said he couldn't fix it today for he had other things to do and but must charge $150.00 firstly, I said to him, why not I pay you in full after all done, he said No, for I have fixed some, I need you pay now, I said if you couldn't come to fix the rest, how should I do? He said I would come back tomorrow morning. OK, even though I was not happy all, I paid him, and waited him back, but not come the next day, and then I called him, he did not receive, and I left message, and he messaged me said will come next day, and still now shown up, on the 3rd day, I called, and no any response. So can you trust such plumber, which made me quite angry, I think No body wants to meet the same situation, so share my experience to you.

UPDATE: AGAIN ******, we can NOT make suppliers open during the holidays. Technically, we are closed on the holidays as well. As explained during phone conversation, I explained we would come back "IF" we could find a supplier open.
And yes, because of your impatience & leaving a negative reviews due to something out of our control, we decided that we weren't going to go back to your home regarding the other service you wanted us to conduct for you.

Previous Response to you wanting to tarnish the companies reputation:
Lynda (******), I apologize that you feel this way.
The leaks from your Shut Offs under the bathroom sink were fixed due to replacement. This was the service you were charged for.
As for your faucet repair, which you brought to my attention after the initial service call, we did not charge you for. No, we do not carry cartridges to your type of faucet with us. Unfortunately, the supply house is closed for the holiday.
I've serviced MANY customers through Yelp, who are very satisfied with my work and professionalism. II have been plumbing for 26 years, taking pride in my work & am a man of integrity. I really don't appreciate your negative review, making FALSE statements. However, again, I apologize for any ill feeling you may have.
Have a great day. Happy New Year.
