      On September 21st around 2:00 am, I've had taken my girlfriends belongings up to the hotel to give them to her. The young lady at the counter informed me it would be okay to leave her belongings in the lobby and she would make sure to let her no that her belongings were in the lobby so that she could pick them up. I was then informed on the 24th that she never received her belongings so I went up to the hotel and asked them where her belongings were at and the entire hotel staff refused to help me reach a conclusion and just kept telling me they weren't reliable or responsible that I needed to file a police report, even though on their website they advertise luggage storage before and after checkout, So I filed the police report with no resolution and went back to the hotel on the 25th and ask them if they would just look on cameras and see what happened to the belongings, at which point they informed me there's nothing they can do because the cameras weren't working at that time supposedly. I asked for a manager and they refused to let me talk to one. I went back on the 26th of September, and and once again asked to speak to their manager this time with success. I do not remember the manager's name but she took me in the back office and said she's normally not allowed to do this but she was going to bring the cameras up so I could see what happened to my belongings. Unfortunately she wasn't able to get on to the camera database to look for me but told me to leave my name number the time of the incident and the lady of the front counter's name who told me I could leave it and they would get back to me. They never did but they did all start being very rude and began to contradict everything that they had originally said leading me to believe that the hotel staff where the ones responsible for taking the items from the very beginning. There was well over $2,000 worth of personal belongings as well as irreplaceable belongings such as medication for her heart family heirlooms and personal identifying documents.

      I had booked a room on Hotels.com to stay at the Fifth Season on 04/06/2023 - 04/07/2023, upon checking in to the room it was immediate that the room was not quite as advertised. It was not clean and not well managed. Upon entering the restroom there was a live roach. Things that stood out the most was the ceiling was dirty, the cabinets were tied shut with what appeared to be a bag or something, the same item used on the cabinets was stuffed into the ceiling of the restroom with the sprinkler, of course the coach roach was the last thing I had noticed. I took photos and then my son and I left the room, notified the front desk clerk and stayed at another hotel. I have called 3 times and left 2 messages to speak with the manager. I have not been able to find an actual website or anything for the Fifth Season. I paid $53.97 on Hotels.com for the room, and had to pay twice that to stay at a different hotel. I believe that compensation for our (my son and I) inconvenience is in order. Nothing as been done on the business end to assist me or even reach out to me.

      Poop residue was left in toilet and toilet was not in working condition. Bed in the middle was broke. The microwave didn't work. The TV didn't work. I told the lady at the front desk (Kathy) what was wrong and she told me that I was welcome to go somewhere else so I did.
