I originally went in for a truck, told the salesman I only had $3,000 to put down to begin with. They knew I was desperate to find me and my 4 children a vehicle that day. I explained all of my needs and wants BEFORE I even got there, Somehow I was talked out of $4,500 Total for a 2017 Malibu. I was there all day, for over 4-5 hours, remind you I went in for a truck, whole time I was signing my paperwork, the salesman kept talking knowing I didnt even understand what I was signing, somehow I signed a deferment that was supposed to be paid 2 weeks after I got the car, that is not what I wanted to sign up for at all, I Just paid almost $5,000 for a vehicle that barely even worked, windshield had a crack in it that they said they would fix and never did. Fast forward to the two weeks, they repod my car out of nowhere, didnt even know I had a deferment to begin with so I had to pay a extra thousand dollars just to get it back. The car ended up breaking down a week after the repo but they still wanted a payment for the car knowing the car wasnt even up to date, tires were bald, they said they will fix all of these things and never did. All the money I came out of paying these people should be against the law. My car was repoed again after all of that money I spent. They beg and make you leave review before you even leave the lot, I had no idea what I was even getting myself into, they neglected all of my needs and all they could tell me is I signed for it and no refunds but yet didnt properly even fix my vehicle, me and my kids couldve died on the highway. READ ALL THE REVIEWS, Theres OVER 15 PEOPLE SAYING THE SAME EXACT THING. I wish I could gather everyone up and we file the lawsuit together, this isnt right. Me and my children had to walk everywhere all because I couldnt afford another vehicle. Its not easy coming up with thousands of dollars. And the manager had the nerve to call me broke.

Wrongful took my vehicle after spending $600 to get the car fixed. Broke down 1 day later called them crying stranded on the side of the road refuse to get me a tow without paying another $190 which I refuse to do because just gave yall money been having electric issues since I got the car. Stole my passport and social out of my car

The guys at Si Auto really got me right. I had a trade in and they gave me a very fair offer on the value of my trade and a great price on the car I ended up buying. My credit was average, but the finance gentleman helped me get a great rate for my fair but limited credit. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with this car lot. They sold me a vehicle that shook so badly i couldnt steer once i got down the street i returned it an they sold me a car that has the check engine light co E on two days after purchase no heat an the car shakes badly. I went to have them fix my issues cause i havent had the car for 30 days yet an the owner got in my face an tried to fight me wasnt willing to compromise at all. They lie n say they check all the cars an fix them before putting them out for sale but they only want your money. I have small children an dont feel safe at all driving. They fixed the heat an asked me not to return for any thing else all because i wanted help. Do not give these evil people your hard earn money please

My cousin wen by to purchase a vehicle. He left with the vehicle and was told to go get his paperwork ( proof of address) and return to complete the deal later that day. After he left, he returned about an hour later and explained that he changed his mind. The finance guy said well I can't refund your $1000 down payment so you can look a another vehicle if that to high. I then asked who could return it and found out it was supposedly the sale by that was at lunch. He returned from lunch about 10 minutes later. The finance guy then returned the down payment that he said he could not do. We then asked about the return of the $150 in house insurance policy premium because we did not have a vehicle that they needed to insure. He said he did not know the name of the company they use but that they had used them for years. We asked for the number so we could cancel the policy and was told to call back later. We got the run around for a week and then was told that once its paid it could not be refunded. I explained that is not the law in **. You can cancel insurance at any time. He then said he could not talk to me on the phone because I am not on the cancelled loan. I then told him we would return in person because you are not required to carry insurance in ** if you do not have a car. I will be going there tomorrow. But long story short, do not do business with them because they are breaking the law. They still have not disclosed a direct number or the name of the insurance company.
