      On Jan 13 I purchased (via trade and financing) a used 2021 ****** Forester from South Austin Nissan. I was given temporary tags, and was told that the permanent plates would arrive within 4-6 weeks. The temporary tags were good until the end of March. In the middle of March, I contacted South Austin Nissan to see about my plates and registration, and was told they had not come in yet. In a follow up call after that, I was told that the entire registration and title application had to be redone, because of an error, and that I would be emailed a new temporary tag. When I did not receive that, I called today - April 30 - and was told that the business had been sold, and that I should contact an accounting department that was handling everything about the old business. I was transferred to a number that seems to be a North Austin Audi dealership and there was no one to talk to there. I called South Austin Nissan back and was given a direct number to call for the accounting department for the previous business (which seems to merely be leasing space from the Audi dealership). I called that number and got a recording telling me to email an address, *************************** with my enquiry about a title. At this point I am paying a finance company for a car I may or may not have registered in my name. I am livid and feel like I have been duped. I was NOT ONCE informed that the company who owes me plates and registration was selling their business. They made ZERO arrangements for their prior customers like me. This business is beyond shady. I expect far more from an actual Nissan dealership. If I don't receive my registration sticker and plates soon, I will be seeking legal action, as they have reneged on their signed contract.

      I bought a pre-owned 2021 Nissan Armada SL at South Austin Nissan on August 4, 2023. The advertised price was $****** and I booked an appointment to see the car. When I got there the price was changed to $37,900. I showed them the screenshot on my phone of the advert of the car with the price of $******. The salesperson, ******************* went to get the floor manager ***********************. ***** said they don't have control of the price as it changes depending on the current stock market. So, I said they need to give the price as stated when I called and booked an appointment. Then ***** said he needed to ask his boss, he left a few minutes and came back. He said they will honor the price and gave me a quote with an additional $3500 which he said it is the **** Environmental Protection Plan. He said they have to add EPP on every car they sell. I asked him what is this and he said for example if I spill a coffee or a stone hit my car, but he did not say this is a warranty. So I checked on Nissan website about this EPP he was telling and I could not find anything about it. I told him there is nothing on Nissan website. Then he said these are the things they already added to the car. So I thought what he was saying about spilled coffee and stone hitting my car was not making sense and he was just making this up. I then asked if I need to pay this if I buy the car and he said that I need to. So I said if they could lower that ***** to $2000 then I would buy the car, hoping the ***** will be itemized on the receipt. To my surprised there was no ***** on the receipt. They just added the $2000 to the ****** to the price of the car which is now $36,880.They also told me there is a *** tracking device on the car. So I tried to activate it a few days after I got the car and it was not working. I tried calling and even texted the 2 salesperson but no response. I am not bothered with the *** device. But adding an ***** that does not make sense is definitely a fraud.
