      I recently discovered that I have been billed $10.65 a month for the last 6 months from a business called Driver Support. I tried contacting them, but am unable to get a real person. I have never ordered or used their service or product. I have asked for a refund of the 6 months they have billed my credit card, but I get no response from them. I have read the other complaints on the BBB site, and all of them are similar to what I am reporting. I just can't believe this is going on, and no one has been able to put a stop to it.

      This company has been billing me for a year at least. I understand that it is some computer driver support plan. I have no memory of signing up for or ever authorizing this payment and I have never used the service, never downloaded their software. Don't ever remember remember getting any correspondence from them ever.Tried to resolve this issue with the company directly however there is a customer service # that is always busy. I've tried on several occasions. Tried to communicate by chat but the chat requires me to download their software. Why would I do this? I don't want to fall deeper into their web of deceit. I regret I did not check my credit card bill more carefully but why would I ever notice a charge that was not even on my radar, a service that I have no knowledge of? I am a senior who only understands the basics of my computer. I most certainly would not order something extra.I no longer have the computer that the service is supposedly for. You would think that a reputable company would reach out from time to time to verify customer satisfaction or contact the person who has paid for a service but never properly opened the account and never downloaded the required software to make the service work. What kind of scam is that?Appreciate any help you can give me.

      On 11/24/25 bought Windows 11 laptop; first time I wanted to print a document a notice popped up asking if I wanted to check for updates to my printer's drivers; assuming this was sent from the laptop I clicked on it and got a response no update required. On 12/31/25 I went online to my Discover card account to verify all purchases re the 11/24 purchase and saw a $9.99 fee from Driver Support posted 11/28 and another on 12/28 so I "disputed" the 12/28 fee. Next day I could not access my Discover account online (locked out). I called Discover and got online access and instructions to pursue dispute with Driver Support. I've paid the 11/28 fee but dispute the 12/28 and future fees of any amount.

      I have two unauthorized charges made on 11/25 from REMOVEDthat I know I didnot authorize. I accidentally was tricked into this website and was tricked innto signing up for automatic monthly payments. This company really needs to be stopped for being unsavory. I tried for weeks to get them to remove these charges #9.99 X 2 but they make it impossible. I will continue trying until they are stopped.

      Date of Transaction: November 17, 2025 I paid for computer driver support from this online vendor. The advertised amount was $9.90. After realizing that there service was useless to me, I canceled the same day. When I checked my credit card, this company had charged me twice--$9.90 + $9.90. Twice I have contacted their customer service via their chatbot, and I provided a screenshot to prove my same day cancellation. It is now a month later, and this company has not contacted me nor has it refunded my $9.90. I see on their website that at least one person has given this company a one-star customer service rating and labeled their experience as dismissive and insulting. All I want is my $9.90 refunded to my card.

      I never agreed to an account with this company. They have been charging me 4.99 since 2022. I will contact my bank because the website is said to be suspicious. So I dare not go onto their website. This is a scam and they are getting my information unknowingly and have set up a FELONIOUS account. Please check this company out, thank you.

      I don't remember requesting this service. I just noticed it on my credit card statement. I've tried calling - no answer, I've emailed them with their reply being they had no record of my account, but they keep charging my card. They have not replied to my last email of a week ago.

      Misleading Charges and Poor Support I recently had a frustrating experience with DriverSupport. I had previously canceled my account right after I paid a monthly fee because there was also a hidden subscription fee charged, but when I tried to log in to check for any new charges after a month, I was misled by the websites design into unintentionally authorizing two payments of $9.99 USD, a new subscription plus a monthly fee. There was no clear confirmation stepjust a deceptive interface that acted as a payment gateway.I canceled again immediately and uninstalled the software, but the charges had already gone through. Attempts to contact support only led to canned responses from a chatbot, with no real resolution even after a month. I reluctantly my card issuer recommended replacing my card to prevent further unauthorized charges to play safe.This kind of dark pattern design is unacceptable. I did file claims through the chatbot in its web page since 29th May, 2025, which was the second day of my purchase/subscription for refunding the hidden subscription fee but none response or solutions returned. By this complaint, Im sharing this to warn others: be extremely cautious when dealing with DriverSupport too!There were 2 x U$9.99 in my May statement, of which, I felt cheated on the hidden subscription fee, same amount U$9.99. And another new transactions 2XU$9.99 in my current statement just because I clicked in my account to check the status yesterday, 29th June, 2025.

      Unable to cancel membership. D id not set up an account and not able to cancel membership. There is no number to cancel membership. I no longer need this service... It is on REMOVEDcard ending in 5306. Had the service for at least 6 months. Do not want any money back. Just want to stop charging 9.99 per month. Thank You.

      I never signed up for this service nor have I downloaded any software or bought software with this company. I have tried to cancel the service but do not have an account with the company to be able to cancel. They have been taking out 9.99 out of my personal account since June 2024.
