The dermatologist are fine. The billing is the problem. I was sent one bill and we paid it right away. Then, no bills were sent only suspicious looking texts. Every time I go to patient portal to pay my bill, it says $0. 6 months later, we were sent to debt collection.

I had a bad experience today at the **** Dermatology Partners office in ********, **, I had an appointment 3 weeks ago that was cancelled on the morning of the appointment because of an emergency. The appointment was rescheduled for today and when I arrived, after waiting for someone to check me in, I was told that the appointment today had been cancelled, too. No notice. All of the person at the desk could tell me was that there was a scheduling problem. Something is definitely wrong with this business. Meanwhile, I am left after six weeks with an issue that really needs to be seen by someone with dermatology experience.Review from Roshanak N

Office in ******** ** set the the appointment on 7/12 morning. I drove 50 min to get there in the morning of appoitment. I heard that Dr is gone. No one called me or texted me regarding this cancellation. The office manager said check email junk or text message and it was nothing. I am pharmacist and today is my off day. This is not professional. It was terrible experience.Review from Katherine S

As an insider, this is a terrible company. They don't care one bit about the patients, or patient care. The providers are directed to uncharge patients to maximize profits, which undermines the physician. It's the dermatology equivalent of a 10 minute oil change, and you'd be lucky to get 10 minutes with your doctor. They care about their patients as long as they can squeeze money out of them. Profits. Profits. Profits.
