      I bought 3 tickets for the Raptors vs. maverick basketball game on Oct. 4th. I paid approx. 700 US and did not receive any emails with the tickets. Attached is the email stating tickets were sent to ******************* and a screen shot with the order details. I sent multiple emails and tried calling multiple times with no adequate response. No tickets were provided hence I request my funds back.

      I paid over ****** for two tickets to Inkcarceration for my husband and a friend for Fathers Day. He comes home from work and informs me that the concert has actually already PASSED unbeknownst to us, we never received any tickets!! I start checking my emails and I never received anything stating the tickets have shipped or that there were any issues with my order. I contact the company via chat to see what the status is and I am told they were delivered September 1. We have never received the tickets and also missed the concert which was a gift to family. **************** was extremely poor and unhelpful stating I am just out of ******. This is plain RIDICULOUS. We never received anything and did not attend the venue. I am extremely mad that this was not resolved or looked into further. I work for a social media company and if I am not refunded for the full amount I will be letting everyone know not to get tickets here.

      Our customer service team looked into this and it does show it was delivered through **** These were hard tickets that were delivered on 9/1 at 3:44 PM to the address of **************************************************. The tracking number through *** is 1Z14YY911317469372. At this point your best option is contact *** and file a a claim for this. I apologize.

      I am rejecting this response because this company is lousy and poor customer service.  I will be letting everyone I know who buys tickets not to buy here because god forbid anything happen with delivery they will not take care of you.  Poor response from a company

      I purchased this ticket for $104.59 in august. That includes a protection plan stating that I can get my money back. It is now the day of the event and I still dont have any access to any ticket or any way of contacting the company! I have called, emailed, live Chats and message on social medias in hopes of a response and still have not gotten ONE. The only email I have is confirming that I had paid and they sent one afterwards saying the order is processing. As far as I know it shouldnt take this long for an order to process let alone its the day of the event and I havent gotten contacted by this company after that email AT ALL. This is highly upsetting and at this point I want my money back. I have been seeing other complaints similar to mine about this site. I hope this company goes out of business and takes responsibility for what they are doing. This is Sickening and wrong.

      October 16th,********************* bought 2 tickets for the *** ********** football game for just over 100 dollars.upon accessing them they were unavailable and after many many attempts to correct this issue. They refuse to listen ,hang up,and lie. After vigorously reading their terms of service they broke their own code and I am due a refund for not receiving my tickets,despite them saying they I had. I am very poor and this scam cannot continue

      Hello, I recently purchased tickets to a concert for ******* Boys through this website. I purchased two tickets and only ever received one. I have contacted them multiple times with zero help on getting my second ticket. They have committed fraud by taking my money and not giving me my second ticket. I have attached screenshots showing my receipt and the app showing I only have one ticket.

      Went to Ticket City to buy a parking pass for a specific parking lot (where my friends are parking). Clearly selected Research Park Lot. Paid for my parking pass. Ticket City then sent me a parking pass for Lot 47 (not what I selected).

      Thank you for your inquiry. When this was initially purchased the pass was for LOT 47 at the time purchase. So when you received lot 47 it was sent because that is what was ordered at the time of purchase.
