On January 22, I went shopping at Whole Foods, address: ****************************************************************************. Already, after seeing the rotten lettuce I went to the front desk about the issue of a foul smell coming from the rotten veggie section. That same day I purchased Monk Fish. I started preparing the fish the next day, and decided to cut it into pieces. Only after I started cutting, did I starting to see worms, about 1.5 inches in length coming out of the fish. Because of time restraint, I did not contact Whole Foods/Amazon costumer service until a few days later. I explained my experience, and the response was rather lack ****** and included an email with the offer to include 'more information'. It is with disappointment to see that this is all the response that someone gets , with the fact of live worms crawling around in the fish purchased in the store.

Shrinkflation Alert! I recently went to the Whole Foods in ***********, **, looking for a box of woven wheat crackers. (Theyre basically Triscuits.) Lo and behold, the store brand 365 was not available anymore, but the nature Valley brand was. Only the nature valley brand had 7 ounces of product, Versus 8.5 ounces in 365. Thats 17% less, but the boxes looked almost the same size. They are basically raising prices without telling you.

I went to the Whole Foods in ************** on *********************** around 6 PM on 1/2, and Im still furious about what happened. While checking out, the cashier had just finished handling cash from the customer in front of meliterally counting out and exchanging bills. Then, without washing his hands or even pausing, he grabbed my donut with his bare hands out of the bag to put it in another bag.I was shocked. I asked him, Excuse me, youre touching my donut? and he just said, I need to put it in a bag, like that was supposed to make it okay. Its not okay. The proper thing to do wouldve been to ask me what was in the bag and let me separate it myself if necessarynot touch my food with his unwashed hands after handling money. The fact that he thought this was normal made it even worse. There wasnt even an apology or any acknowledgment that what he did was completely unsanitary. I left feeling disgusted and *********, I dont even want to eat anything I bought there. This experience makes me wonder how often this kind of thing happens and if anyone at this store is properly trained on basic hygiene. Whole Foods needs to take this seriously because this level of carelessness is unacceptable

Absolute s*** show if you need any sort of medical accommodation they make you use this 3rd party insurance company that doesn't help you and doesn't want to help you. clamming they are working with you to help you but don't actually follow through. its another fake family company where all they care about it is the bottom line and how fast you are.

I witnessed multiple employees being bullied and harassed by a leader, she is still working there. I can't understand why they would keep someone on payroll who cause a toxic environment.

Back in July or August of this year (2024) I had two complaints about my local Whole Foods in ***. I called the Whole Foods customer service line and filed a complaint and was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. To make a long story short, I've called back about 7 times since then, and it is now November 2024 and I still can't get anybody to respond to me. The customer service agents are very nice and see my case in the system and try to connect me to a supervisor, but after a long hold they always come back to tell me all the supervisors are busy or in meetings, but they will call me back - and then they never do. Once I was told they did call me back but couldn't reach me. But I neither had any missed call from them nor a voice mail. And since I had been calling for 4 months, if they really called me back you would think they would at least leave a voice mail letting me know they were trying to contact me. I found emails online for several executives, but those emails went unreturned, though I don't know how accurate they were. When I call the *************************, I just get voice mail. I've left several voicemails and still nobody calls back. Though I didn't stop shopping there after my initial experience, I have since stopped shopping at Whole Foods because I find it very disappointing that nobody at the company cares at all to address a customer complaint. After being a customer for nearly 30 years, I stopped my weekly Whole Foods habit about two months ago. Why have customer service line if nobody cares about the issues you're having?

I was racially profiled by a store employee who loudly embarrassed me in front of other customers. I have been a Whole Foods customer for over twenty years and Brandon a store manager accused me of stealing and tried to force me to use a basket in front of customers. Brandon engaged in inappropriate conversation and he then asked me to provide my name while I was shopping which made me uncomfortable. I didn't see any other customers being asked to provide their names while shopping. I asked Brandon why you are bothering me. Brandon returns saying it's now the store's policy for me to use a basket. I said excuse me, I have never heard of this policy. So Brandon was insulating I was stealing. I told Brandon we would have a serious problem if he kept harassing me. Racial profiling is illegal, it's wrong and unacceptable. Harassment of a person in a grocery store is not okay. I will file a formal civil rights complaint against Brandon because of the treatment I received at my local Whole Foods market.

Was terminated recently at the ******** store after returning a customer's abuse back to him. The impression I got from management was 'the customer is always right.' **** team didn't respond to my feelings...being a bunch of androids. Manager a giggling immature schoolgirl who believes in double standards. Team leaders snitchers galore! Fellow team members great and work together. Old timers say prior management much better than these ??s. Tried to get reinstated thru corporate but too many forms to fill out...I think they do this deliberately to frustrate you.

Keep leaving messages to tell corporate my side of what happened with customer...no response. They even gave me a 'customer (CARE!...hah!) case' #...but don't respond. I wonder how many others get a case # but no response. As an old saying goes...,'Very Interesting.

This regards a home delivery dated 10/4/24 from Whole Foods Market The delivery, which arrived at the end of the day after my early morning order, was short 2 bottles of Harthill Farms chardonnay wine. This was because the delivery person dropped at least one of the bottles and neglected to inform me-- I learned of this from some workers outside my home. And then when I looked into my order, it was short the aforementioned 2 bottles. I left a message on the delivery website but no one responded, and I can prove nothing because the delivery person did not leave a ********** very careful if you order home delivery from Whole Foods. There is a string likelihood you will be cheated.

I went in a couple of times over the last few months and each time was treated like a common criminal. One of the employees was a total creep and stood behind me as I was checking out. I asked if he was ok and he responded with "I'm fine" and continued to stare at me as I was checking out. As I was getting ready to pay he started telling me that I missed some things from my purchase, implying that I was stealing. I complained to the manager but I'm not sure that anything was done about it. On 9/10/24 I went to get something and one of the employees came up and stood behind me once again as I was cashing out. I walked away after I was done and I saw her print out my receipt and attempted to be discreet as she handed it to another employee. If you guys have a problem with your customers, maybe approach them kindly instead of behaving like trash? I haven't done a single thing to deserve this type of behavior, nor have I ever experienced it anywhere else I have been. I pay for everything and have no need to steal something as stupid as a role. This is very concerning.
