    On 12/20/22 I sent an email to ZenBusiness support tequesting to cancel my service before renewal. I never got any type of confirmation just an email with a case number. After a week or so ZenBusiness attempted to charge my payment on file for the renewal of service. There wasn't enough in the account so this was unsuccessful. ZenBusiness then reached out to me by email informing me of this. I replied stating that I wanted to cancel as communicated previously. They pushed back saying I was required to have their Registered ************** which I had already found a new provider. I informed ZenBusiness of this. ZenBusiness then charged my account (once it had sufficient funds) for the renewal of the service. I called ZenBusiness to get this cleared up. Spoke with an agent that said my service would be canceled and someone would be reaching out about a refund. There has been no such communication.

    On January 2nd I ordered the $0.00 LLC formation in ******** for $1.00. The next day I called to cancel my order. Two days later, $199.00 was withdrawn from my account without my permission. I could get no one to respond by phone or chat. I sent multiple emails and received 4-5 automatic ticket numbers. No one has addressed my request for a refund or promised when it would be resolved. I would like a full refund. This is egregious, unethical conduct and deplorable *****************

    I paid Zen business $498 to incorporate my business and i have not received my articles of incorporation, corporate bylaws, banking resolutions or any other documents i paid for. They are not answering any of my emails.

    I created my LLC through ZenBusiness last January and elected to make them my registered agent. In December, I got an email notifying me that my registered agent subscription would be renewing today (1/6/23). As the price had quadrupled for this service, I elected to change my registered agent and cancel my subscription with ZenBusiness. I have tried to cancel my services with them for 3 weeks without any success and sure enough, they charged my card today even though they are no longer my business's registered agent. I have tried chatting them, emailing them, and calling them. I keep getting told that they are too busy at the department where they can actually change my account and that they'll call me in a few days. I have only received one call from them and when I answered, no one would respond on their end - complete silence. Immediately after the call, I received an email from ****************** with their customer service, claiming that I missed her call and that she left a voicemail (both lies). I replied to the email but never got a response. At this point, I have been billed for services that I have been trying to cancel for 3 weeks, thorough 3 different communications, for a service that this company isn't even providing me. This is completely unethical.

    First of all when I first used the business I didnt realize I was agreeing to a yearly subscription but that is irrelevant as long as I cancelled it before it renewed however I have sent emails tried the chat and made phone calls to try and cancel my subscription and no one will get back to me and they continue to keep trying to bill my card over and over and its been going on almost 2 weeks now and I first started trying to talk to somebody five days before it was gonna charge me. I was told someone will finalize my cancellation within ***** hours when they call me but they wont call or email anything that is not an automated response.

    They claim you can reach out at anytime to stop the subscription services they offer. I have been reaching out for a week without any word back. Chat customer service said they would have an account manager reach out to me within 2 days, and it has been well beyond that. Because they are unreachable I was charged another 30 dollars this month for a service I don't use.

    I signed up for ZenBusiness service to create an entity on 11/28/22. ZenBusiness charged my discover card a total of $871 for their service. They contacted me a couple of weeks later stating they had formed the wrong entity and to contact them for a refund. I followed their instructions and discovered they indeed had created the wrong entity, and I was not able to use what they created. I submitted their requested documentation and on 12/31/22 received a total in only $498 refund monies. I am still owed $373 for their mistake. I have tried reaching their customer service twice and they refuse to respond. They are clearly a scam and need reported for their theft.

    So, prepaid this business to perform certain task. This include preparation, filing and notice. I prepaid for two *************************** The Black Panther Party, which is a known entity, was incorrectly spelled, which lead to, this business profile, the appropriate name was not noted. Its The Black Panther Party. There is only one and they failed to specifically, enter the appropriate company.Also, on December 1, 2022 ( see documents) 2 payments of $348.00 were debited from my personal account without authorization. I have sent multiple emails to this entity to return the Fraudulently debited ficiduary funds back to my account.I was told that, those are fees , that are charged at a later date, but have as of yet to receive a receipt for the specified charges and still have not receive a receipt, which specifically tells me, what that charge was for.I feel that this is a theft of money, as well as, a failure to provide service and wire fraud.

    On 12/1/21 I used this online service to help me set-up a small LLC. I was immediately charged $354.00, which I agreed to pay. I was notified shortly after that Zen Business could not actually set-up professional LLCs; information which was not available before I paid them. I was issued a refund upon asking. On 12/4/22 I was charged $199 for a subscription through Zen Business. I never signed up for a subscription, or was made aware of this impending charge when I dealt with this company last year. Its unacceptable that they will take $354 before informing people they are unable to provide the exact service they advertise, then hold on to customer bank account data for over a year only to charge a customer that was refunded the original fee $199 for a subscription for something that was never utilized in the first place. I need a refund from this company, and I need them to be held accountable for their lack of transparency regarding available services and costs.

    Last year, I signed up for various services with Zen Business in the process of forming our LLC. After speaking with an accountant (who told us that all of these services were entirely unnecessary) this year and realizing that the services provided by zen business were merely up-charges, I asked to opt out of the renewal of these products for the upcoming year. I reached out to zen business for the first time on 11/30 and was told I had to wait for an agent to contact me. Even though I expressly stated I did not want to be charged for those services, I was charged over $1100 the next day for renewal products. I have contacted zen business every day since then (both by phone and by chat) and am told every time that I have to wait for account management who will contact me within ***** hours by phone. No one has contacted me by phone despite it being 6 days later and 4 requests on my part. My credit card is now charged for an amount I did not approve and I can't get in touch with anyone who will refund this.
