    In 2022, I paid ZenBusiness several hundred dollars to setup my *** and to serve as the ***s registered agent.Recently, I called and emailed them to ask them if they could sign off on my States *** cancellation documents so that I could dissolve the **** I was told by a ZenBusiness rep by phonethat if I send over the State's Articles of Cancellation, ZenBusiness could have my registered agent sign the above document and send it back to me so that I can dissolve the ****By the way, ZenBusiness also has a policy on their site that reads, we offer registered agent services in all 50 states plus DC. Your registered agent will be available to receive official state correspondence for you during business hours. If you cancel this service, then you will need to show proof from the state that either our name has been removed as your agent or that the business has been dissolved. Instead of signing off on this dissolution paperwork as I wish, another ZenBusiness rep sent an email back to me saying, Upon reviewing it does appear you are trying to dissolve _______ *** with the ______ Secretary of State. Please note by listing us as your Registered Agent on your articles of cancellation, will keep us legally liable for ______ *** for another year. Therefore we will not be able to cancel your services immediately. If you agree to continue to list us as the Registered Agent, we are more than happy to sign and return with another year obligation to our services.?? Please confirm how you wish to proceed.Effectively, ZenBusiness is attempting to force me to renew use of their services (which is set to autorenew on 02/22/2023) rather than fulfilling their professed obligation to sign off on the dissolution of my **** I am happy to show them that I have dissolved the *** after I submit the form, but I have no intention of renewing my services, and do not want to be forced to do so as it appears ZenBusiness is trying to make me at the moment.

    Do not use this service they do not provide accurate information and they try to steer you in an incorrect direction. If you only need and EIM number please go to the *** website. It is free. This facility/service may be right for certain people however getting a cancellation or refund has turned out to be quite the nightmare. Be very precocious when providing this facility your personal information.The founder of this facility emailed me and never returned an email.

    I used their service to start my business. They charged me 100 bucks as I agreed. Several days later they charged me 200 bucks for a registered agent, which i did not want. I attempted numerous times to cancel by sending emails and with the chat help option. Each time I'm told the normal customer service cant cancel or refund I need to speak to a special agent and those people NEVER return my phone calls. I have numbers emails and screen captures showing that i've reached out. I think it's terrible they charge people like that and make it impossible to cancel the membership. I hope ** One else uses them!

    I recently cancelled the website tools bundle which I paid a total of $298 for on 11/5/2022. They processed a refund for $149 stating that that is what I paid. That is exactly half of what I paid. I sent a follow up email requesting an explanation and I received no reply. I would like the entirety of what I paid for the Website Tools Bundle which I have not been able to use.

    On 12/20/22 I sent an email to ZenBusiness support tequesting to cancel my service before renewal. I never got any type of confirmation just an email with a case number. After a week or so ZenBusiness attempted to charge my payment on file for the renewal of service. There wasn't enough in the account so this was unsuccessful. ZenBusiness then reached out to me by email informing me of this. I replied stating that I wanted to cancel as communicated previously. They pushed back saying I was required to have their Registered ************** which I had already found a new provider. I informed ZenBusiness of this. ZenBusiness then charged my account (once it had sufficient funds) for the renewal of the service. I called ZenBusiness to get this cleared up. Spoke with an agent that said my service would be canceled and someone would be reaching out about a refund. There has been no such communication.

    On January 2nd I ordered the $0.00 LLC formation in ******** for $1.00. The next day I called to cancel my order. Two days later, $199.00 was withdrawn from my account without my permission. I could get no one to respond by phone or chat. I sent multiple emails and received 4-5 automatic ticket numbers. No one has addressed my request for a refund or promised when it would be resolved. I would like a full refund. This is egregious, unethical conduct and deplorable *****************

    I paid Zen business $498 to incorporate my business and i have not received my articles of incorporation, corporate bylaws, banking resolutions or any other documents i paid for. They are not answering any of my emails.

    I created my LLC through ZenBusiness last January and elected to make them my registered agent. In December, I got an email notifying me that my registered agent subscription would be renewing today (1/6/23). As the price had quadrupled for this service, I elected to change my registered agent and cancel my subscription with ZenBusiness. I have tried to cancel my services with them for 3 weeks without any success and sure enough, they charged my card today even though they are no longer my business's registered agent. I have tried chatting them, emailing them, and calling them. I keep getting told that they are too busy at the department where they can actually change my account and that they'll call me in a few days. I have only received one call from them and when I answered, no one would respond on their end - complete silence. Immediately after the call, I received an email from ****************** with their customer service, claiming that I missed her call and that she left a voicemail (both lies). I replied to the email but never got a response. At this point, I have been billed for services that I have been trying to cancel for 3 weeks, thorough 3 different communications, for a service that this company isn't even providing me. This is completely unethical.

    First of all when I first used the business I didnt realize I was agreeing to a yearly subscription but that is irrelevant as long as I cancelled it before it renewed however I have sent emails tried the chat and made phone calls to try and cancel my subscription and no one will get back to me and they continue to keep trying to bill my card over and over and its been going on almost 2 weeks now and I first started trying to talk to somebody five days before it was gonna charge me. I was told someone will finalize my cancellation within ***** hours when they call me but they wont call or email anything that is not an automated response.

    They claim you can reach out at anytime to stop the subscription services they offer. I have been reaching out for a week without any word back. Chat customer service said they would have an account manager reach out to me within 2 days, and it has been well beyond that. Because they are unreachable I was charged another 30 dollars this month for a service I don't use.
