            This company is using a loan as a scam. They charge interest for a loan where no loan is given. I saw this companies ad on a website that I was looking at to purchase bumpers for my vehicle. Before I knew it, they were withdrawing payments out of my checking account. I finally looked at it closer and cancelled it. I only made one payment of 30 dollars.when I inquired about a refund, they stated that it was interest. Interest for what, they take your money without giving you any goods or services and charge you interest on it.

            Thank you for forwarding our customers concerns.  Credit Strong offers credit builder loans with terms ranging from ****** months. To obtain a Credit Strong loan a customer must apply at ******************************, the loan cannot be opened by visiting any third party sites. This product is designed to help customers build credit. These are cash secured loans. When a customer signs up for ******************** the proceeds of the loan go into a savings account which are locked to secure the loan. This eliminates the need for a customer to come to the table with cash up front.    

            Credit Strong ensures our customers are able to see all of the terms up front, not only on the website but also in their contracts. The customer is able to view all disclosures, contracts and agreements prior to agreeing. Once the customer signs up for the product they can view all of this documentation in their customer portal. We also have a table on the website pricing page showing the progress of payments over the life of their loan with us. We are transparent a Credit Strong account is the fusion of a secured consumer installment loan and a savings account and funds are not immediately available for withdrawal.

            Creditstrong.com is a company that's not real. Their playing with people's personal information and acting like their helping them build their credit but they're doing it to tear African American men and women down. I would have never agreed to use this company if I knew it was fake. A major cooperation mailed me a copy of my credit score so I know for a fact this business is corrupt

            On 02/04/2022, I opened an account with Credit Strong. Account Number ********** describing loan details with the status of (reversed.) Supposedly,the original amount the loan of $2,500 in which I did not sign up for, with a maturity date of 02/04/2032, and a next payment due date of (12/31/1969,) in which the date was conveniently changed on 02/04/2022 at 6:55pm immediately after I signed in to it on 02/04/2022.The savings account details of Account Number ********** was closed on the same date of 02/04/2022, the same day the account was opened after I entered all the information of the bank in which the funds were supposed to be transferred from.The information below is the information directly from the website of Credit Strong in which I also have pictures.Re:Date Opened 02/04/2022 Welcome Back!Check back soon to see when youre eligible to open a credit builder account with us.Your Credit Strong application has canceled on Feb 4, 2022. Your FICO Score 8 is updated monthly for loan account holders.All of the information above is inconsistent. I did not cancel and I have found that there is no way to delete or remove my financial information and request that an investigation be made as soon as possible.
