    After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name: FB&T/MERCURY ********** 06/01/2022 $0.00 Account #: ********** Balance: $0.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation. I ask that you take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Mercury charges you interest even after you pay and close with a zero balance. I have a letter from Mercury showing my account was paid in full zero balance and closed, but yet that say I owe ****** for interest due and reported late payments to my credit.

    I am a victim of identity theft and the perpetrator transferred $1000 from my ***** account and deposited it into a new account in my name on January 16, 2025 without my knowledge or approval. I have not responded to emails because my email was compromised. Since then Mercury Bank closed my account and kept the ******* am requesting a return of my $1000.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a concern regarding a hard inquiry on my credit report that was initiated by your company. After my credit was run, I received an email requesting that I provide a utility bill and a phone bill for verification. I submitted the requested documents, but each time I do, I receive an email back stating that you need more ************** I have not heard anything regarding whether I was approved or denied, I would like to kindly request the removal of the hard inquiry from my credit report.     I am rejecting this response because: I applied using my old phone number and had to get a new number and send the new number phone billl, and since you will not remove the hard inquiry Ill dispute it directly with the credit bureau, this is bad business .

    We have a credit card through mercury. We made a payment of $182.54 on 2-23. About 4 days later they withdrew $2459.00. Which we never authorized or had the money to do that. The ** company said they would run it for that amount every 5 days. The bank is supposed to stop any transactions but is there something we can do?

    I paid off my Mercury Card on 2/13/2025. I chose, pay current balance and paid $2916.18. On March 4, 2025, Mercury charged me $13.82 in interest. Since the $2916.18 was paid through debt consolidation, the card is no longer present. I called the customer service number, and they claim they could not find my email address or cell phone on file. I further emailed their customer service, and received an email this morning stating they could not locate my email address in their file. I am disputing the interest charges as this account is paid in full.

    I have earned thousands of points in rewards. Around mid December, I redeemed rewards in the form of 5 ********* cards (physical cards). I knew that it would take weeks, so I waited.I called about 4 weeks later and I was advised to wait a bit more and told they had been sent out. This past Monday, 2/3/25 I called again, the customer service *** stated she would create a ticket and that I would receive an email as confirmation. I visited the website and it said "Access Denied".Today, I called to follow up on this ticket(complaint, need for service, etc) and I was told nothing could be done meaning $50 in gift cards would not be ***laced, that it was in the fine print, and that's it. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I was told no one was available. So I went to the website today at 8am. Again, it says "Access Denied". Now I just tried to login at 9:38am and now I have access.This is poor customer service. How can I follow up if the website doesn't work and a supervisor is not available?
