I am filing this complaint because my credit report contains accounts that I do not recognize, including FB&T/MERCURY - ************** - $0.00**. I take my financial security seriously, and the fact that unverified accounts are being reported under my name is completely unacceptable. These inaccuracies are damaging my credit standing and creating unnecessary obstacles, and I refuse to let them go unchallenged. Despite my repeated efforts to obtain verification, I have yet to receive any legitimate proof that these accounts belong to me. This blatant lack of transparency is unacceptable and a direct violation of my rights.Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I demand copies of all records used to verify these accounts. A generic response stating they have been "verified" will not be accepted. I require real, verifiable proof such as original account applications, signed agreements, or transaction records. If no such documentation exists, these accounts must be removed immediately under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the ****, which mandates the deletion of unverifiable information from consumer credit reports.I expect a full investigation, a detailed response, and immediate corrective action. I will not tolerate delays, excuses, or vague responses. These errors have already caused unnecessary harm, and I will not allow them to continue affecting my financial stability. ***** W. ****** ********************************* 2/26/25 Spirit Dispute Resolution ******************************* I received your letter dated 1/16/25 regarding two disputed transactions. I read through your findings, of which you are stating the transactions were made by me. I most vehemently disagree with you.These two transactions were made at two different CVS stores- in two different locations ( which by the way are hours away from each other and definitely not in my vicinity). I dont know how fraudulent transactions often are made, but I can 100 % guarantee that these transactions were not made by me. I am disputing the charge made by ****** for $522.51 as fraud. There is absolutely no documentation for that number. Its fraud because I dont recognize that amount at all and I never agreed to any amount. I have provided documentation that the amount is $0. I further spoke with ****** and they assured me that there was no charge. I have reached out to you SEVERAL times with no resolution. FB&T/Mercury is listed on my credit report opened May 17, 2021. It shows a few payments made on time then the next few years the payments made late each month. I had several accounts opened around this same time fraudulently that I had my name removed from since they were able to prove I did not open them. This company refuses to do anything. They obviously have an address where the person that lives opened this loan or other information such as a the bank where the money was sent and none if it will match any of my information since I never received any money from them nor made a payment on a loan I did not open. They need to remove my name from this account. This is fraud.Business Response

When I call they say they will mail letters. I have received nothing. I had several things opened fraudulently in my name that have been proven were not mine.

May 8th i received a settlement from mercury credit card it was 80% screenshot can be provided. I accepted the payment may 28th i finished paying it June 28th. July my credit took a hit bc the stated I didn't pay I've told them I've paid it off before it was due they told me they have never heard of a settlement being this high I explained I got the email and could prove it. They than seen the 80% settlement and notified me it would be corrected. August. September. October. November. Once again I've reached out explained the situation they said it would be worked on. Now that it's been 6 months with my credit taking a hit and me calling. Today I called again to see what was going on because the whole time the payment has been sitting in pending for over 4 months and they still have yet to fix it so I asked to speak to another supervisor the man i spoke with notified me he has worked on my case 5+ times and can see why we are frustrated he also notified me that ***** ***** keeps denying my case without looking over it. He stated that she said why is this back on my desk and denied it. I don't know where else to go to get help. Please help me.Business Response

The account is from FB&T/********************, opened on 04/24/2022, with account number **********. I did not open or authorize this account, and I am a victim of identity theft.I have reported this incident to ***************** and the ************************ (***). last december mercury froze my account with $52,848.68 in it and decided to keep the money as opposed to returning it to me or my clients to which they have completly ripped off... my only explanation of why was that there was some violation of their terms of service.... not sure which one or why... but its been about 9 months since they said they would be returning it after a 60 day hold and ive not got a dime backBusiness Response
