      Firstly, I would like to emphasize that my interactions on Bumble were limited, and I approached all conversations with the utmost respect and courtesy. My primary goal on the platform has always been to connect with like-minded individuals in a respectful and responsible manner.Additionally, I can assure you that all of my interactions on Bumble were reciprocal in nature. I have consistently adhered to Bumble's community guidelines, ensuring that both parties involved in any conversation felt comfortable and respected. I have never engaged in any behavior that could be construed as harassment or violation of your platform's rules.In light of the above, I kindly request that you reevaluate my account suspension and provide me with a clear understanding of the specific reason(s) that led to this decision. If there has been a misunderstanding or an error, I am more than willing to rectify the situation and continue using Bumble responsibly.I hold Bumble in high regard for its commitment to fostering genuine connections and promoting respectful communication.       Had account deleted and blocked after using the service as a premium member. No explanation or offer to help. Refund didn't happened Would like the account reinstated or the service to be unblocked.

      I got into an argument with a girl she left my house upset and reported me to bumble. Im not sure what she said but I was banned by bumble. This is very unfair. I dont do anything wrong.

      I am a kind, honest, and respectful person who bought a bumble date subscription on 9/8/2023 for one month. I was blocked by Bumble on 9/20/2023 for no reason. The block says "Your account has been blocked because we've received several reports about your behavior on our platform." I immediately sent them a message (only way to contact them) through their website on 9/20/2023 to reverse the block because I would never do something inappropriate. I never heard anything back. I have sent a few additional requests through their online website customer service to correct this error and again have not heard anything. I did not violate their policies.

      Hi, I was banned from Bumble a year ago. I tried to access the app but I couldn't as the message said i was banned. I tried to appeal with Bumble and I couldn't even get my complaint to get a second review as I was unable to get any response from any of their Socials or Support e-mails, I only had automated responses to my queries and that's why I have to use BBB now. I'm uncertain about the specific reasons for my removal and which community guidelines I may have unknowingly violated. It seems that the actions taken against my account did not provide an opportunity for me to defend myself or gain insights into any potential mistakes. I kindly request a reconsideration of my removal, with the hope of being reinstated on the platform. I genuinely enjoyed using Bumble to connect with new people and explore meaningful connections, and I would appreciate the opportunity to continue doing so. Thank you for your time and consideration.

      I purchased a lifetime subscription on June 30th 2021. I changed my number within the last month and have been back and forth with Bumble trying to regain access to my account. They have been absolutely no help to me. At this point, I just want my money back. The support team takes days to respond and I just want a resolution, as Ive paid to use it for life.

      I paid $80 for a 3-month subscription for Bumble's dating service on September 10, 2023. I originally had an unpaid account. Somehow I then had two accounts. I was able to view the paid account on September 11th and had conversations with four different people. Starting on Sepember 12th, I was only able to view the unpaid account. I lost connection with some of the people I'd had conversations with previously. I looked on Bumble's website for a contact number so I could resolve the issue. There was no phone number listed, and the list of possible solutions to problems didn't include my problem. I had no choice but to message Bumble Support. I sent them a message on September 13. Their return email to me said someone would get back to me shortly. I sent another email on September 14, and a third message on September 15th. I'm very upset that no one has gotten back to me. I wanted someone to resolve the problem so that my paid account could be restored. Right now I'm out the $80 I spent on the subscription. At this point I want a refund. It doesn't look like this company cares to respond to customer emails.

      -Paid for Bumble ***************** linked to my Apple ID account. -Have deleted Bumble a few times due to varying reasons and account has been restored without an issue along with other purchases made on app. -Recently made an account, and my purchase of the lifetime subscription is NOT being recognised. -Wrote to Bumble to sort this issue out. No response. -Have had to pay ***** (Approx. $20) to restore the service for a week while this issue is ironed out. -Ideal resolution would be recognition and restoration of the service as well as refund of ***** for purchase of the service.

      I made a profile on Bumble and have been trying to get my photos verified and it wouldn't verify me (despite using the same photos on other apps that were verified). Last week I kept taking photos of myself to verify and then it was stuck in the verification screen and won't allow me back into my account - even though I paid for a month of service. I contacted customer service and all they said was for me to try different poses. I wrote back asking them to please let me back into my account so I can change the current photos and put up other ones that could get verified. They ignored it and I have written them everyday since and asking at this point to please delete my account/profile and they keep ignoring me. Now I have this dating profile up that I have no control over and I don't want it out there.
