      To ***************************** Excustive uship.com on 06/14/2023 I went onto my uship.com account to find is say is was suspended.When I emailed to them, they gave no reason and say they do not have to give a reason and can do this to anyone for any reason they desire.I have done nothing wrong. I have been a good user to the site and used the site like it was built for. To find someone who can pick up items I want to get here from far off states.I found people, they got items and there were paid. I do not deserve these actions and want to discuss and fix and I want to have my account active again or be able to create a new one that stays active with no more problems like this again.

      On 6/9/23 I filled out the form on their website to get a quote on shipping a vehicle. The form would not let me get a quote without entering my phone number and email address. I have received aprox 10 emails and 10 phone calls/texts. I called Uship and told them I want to be removed and do not want anymore emails or calls but they say the did not sell my info. I have started asking the vendors that email or call me who sold them my info but they just hang up on me. This whole thing is ridiculous. Someone should shut this site down since they are collecting info, selling it and then do not have a way to shut it down when a customer wants it stopped.

      May 12, 2023 I picked up an airstream trailer from a customer, delivered the trailer on 5/15/2023. Customer was not very good about communication by text. But not very uncommon to deal with that. The issue I have with Yuship is they always guaranteed to protect both sides me as the shipper, and the customer. I was assured that if I ever got a customer that went dark, or didnt have the money, or couldnt pay, or didnt pay, uship would have my back, and there would be no issue. Well, after chasing this customer for a week, he just stopped responding to me and to uship, and now it seems uship refuses to release the funds from the customer to me after I spent hundreds of dollars in fuel and tolls to drive from ******* to *********** with an RV. This is not a reputable company, their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Their phone number only direct shoot you email them with any issues and thats just not the way a business should run so my account is closed with uship and I will never take any business from them again. Now I have to spend money on legal action to retrieve my $1300 that Im owed.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Ive been dealing with this issue you just found out today, and Ive been trying to resolve this for over a week but the customer is unwilling to give me the information that I requested a week ago so I can resolve the issue

      as it stands, my terms of service have been disregarded. And if he could not obey the terms of service, he should not have elected to use me. And at the same time when Im willing to fix the issue, he can ignore me.

      Now the problem with youship, and I have many problems with youship, is regardless of whatever issue, which, by the way was caused by the delivery location, not the actual transport. But terms of service, or that I am to be paid upon delivery, not having to chase people for the money and shippers like myself, should be aware that at any given time, a customer wants to be vengeful ************************ will participate, and the shipper will lose money.

      I used UShip to schedule a delivery for my goods. The company informed me a truck would be here on a specified day. The company failed to contact the shipper or have adequate shipping information stating that freight was only being picked up at my location 2 days a week. The calendar should have been blocked for days a truck would not come and it was not. I contacted UShip about the issue and they assured me a truck would be arriving the next day. Again, their calendar was wrong and the truck will actually show up 2 days later. I have contractors lined up on the receiving end, and everyone has wasted a lot of time and money on UShips service errors. I asked for a refund of my service fees and mandatory shipping guarantee fees, but have been refused. This is very bad business!

      On November 9th, I booked a shipper on Uship to deliver a small sideboard from ** to CO. The shipper promised delivery in time for Thanksgiving and the customer was pleased with the timeframe. We are a furniture shop that frequently use Uship to find shippers to accommodate our customers. It has now been five months and the shipper has obviously absconded with the furniture as he is no longer responding. Uship attempted to help the dialogue between the shipper, however, the shipper continuously lied about the location of the item and continued to make promises of delivery that never transpired. Throughout the process, Uship dragged its feet in removing the shipper and there is a long trail of frustrated customers as can be seen by the reviews. While we did not purchase additional insurance, Uship has a guarantee of up to $500 if certain steps are taken, however, we are not able to take these steps due to the fault of Uship. The name and phone number of the shipper are false and Uship also does not collect any DOT, Safer or insurance information on its shippers. I cannot file a police report on a *************** as this is basically the only information I have on the shipper. Without taking these steps, Uship will not honor their "Ship with Confidence Guarantee". The item value is $2,022 which I am out due to Uship's failure to collect any valid information on the shipper. The shipper provided a false name, ghost phone number and no insurance information and still book dozens of jobs on Uship. The shipper that Uship allowed to operate on their platform is a criminal that stole my furniture and I have no recourse against the shipper or Uship. Uship's terms of use only allow for arbitration in ***** so obviously this is prohibitive for a customer located in ** to travel for arbitration. If Uship had collected valid identification from the shipper, I would be able to proceed against him but Uship absolves both itself and the shipper from any liability and we must take the loss.

I looked into this matter on your behalf and was able to confirm that uShip Support has attempted outreach to the service provider. Unfortunately, this outreach did not result in a satisfactory resolution. As a result, uShip fully refunded you the full cost of the shipment, including fees. This refund was completed on March 6th, 2023, and should have been available on your original form of payment within 7 business days. If you have not been able to confirm that it has been processed, you may need to reach out to your financial institution for confirmation.

      As the service provider in question has been suspended from our platform and is no longer communicating with uShip, we have reached an impasse in our dispute process. In order to continue pursuing this matter with the service provider may need to seek out the appropriate legal options. If a legal representative and/or law enforcement needs to reach uShip to make an inquiry, please have them email a subpoena to **********************************.

      Yes, I realize you refunded the shipping cost as no shipping service was performed so why would you charge me a shipping fee. Uship is very careful to absolve itself of all liability but, I found the shipper on your site and expect a certain level of vetting to be done in exchange for the hefty commissions Uship collects from both the shipper and the *******. This is a common complaint from customers and it would seem one that a reasonable company would want to address. Customers expect that at the very least, the shippers listed on Uship's platform are licensed and insured yet Uship takes no steps to confirm these basic requirements so that in a situation such as mine where the shipper stole the item I hired them to ship on Uship's platform, I have no recourse as Uship does not collect ANY information and the scarce information it does collect, is fake. What is the point of a subpoena if you will only provide me with the fake name and contact info you have on file, which I already have? Uship should require DOT and proof of insurance so that a customer can file a claim against the shipper's insurance company. Instead, Uship protects not only itself but the shippers on its site so that a customer is left with absolutely no recourse. Uship offers a Ship with Confidence guarantee that requires the customer to file a police report, file a claim with the internet fraud bureau and get an appraisal, among other things. The very nature of the requirements are impossible for me to complete as Uship failed to collect any proof of the shipper's actual name or other relevant information so that I can complete the first two steps. How can I get an appraisal if the shipper stole the item? So much for your Ship with Confidence guarantee.  Your business practices are prime for a class action suit.

      I thought I had purchased a ***** **** kitten from ******* ***** Cattery. This is the shipping company who had my kitten to ship. I received a notice from them in my spam mail. When I attempted to contact them, they neither answered the phone nor email. The ONLY communication was ******************* *****. Additionally, the 'kitten' is in exact same spot, since purchase. Which now would be a dead kitten :(.The sale was conditional on free shipping if I remitted the funds that day. This I did.Then I receive the attached email, again through ******* ***** and not them.They continue to refuse to answer my call. I was even willing to drive to TX to pick him up, however no response. Interesting they show ******* ***** Cattery in TX...I really just want my kitten, but would settle for a refund.

We have been made aware of scams occurring on various online classified sites where the seller of an item makes false and fraudulent claims about uShip and/or impersonates a uShip representative in an attempt to trick individuals into sending them a wire transfer payment for non-existent goods. It appears that you may have come across one of these scams. The animal in question most likely doesn't exist. 

      I would encourage you to not engage in any transactions with this individual and to contact the site where you found the ad to report it as being fraudulent, as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

      If you have a URL link to the original ad you found or any email correspondence with this individual, please forward that to us. In addition to this, if you could respond with the following information we can better prevent these scams in the future.

      I am a courier for uship. Recently, I received an account suspension notice. I received the notice after sending the shipper the following message: "Greetings! Do you have a budget in mind for this shipment? The lowest I can do is $36.88. Thanks." I called to inquire about the reason for suspension. They escalated my case to the Trust and Safety Specialist ************** This representative removed my account permanently without any conversation with me. This is unacceptable since I did not violate any policies and they have not provided a reason why they are terminating my account. This may be a discrimination case. I am looking for a quick resolution, because I rely on this income to feed my family.

I abided by all policies, and followed all recommendations by phone representatives. Discrimination is a federal offense.

      6 weeks ago on November 23, 2022, I purchased a mirror with shipping for $1,281.75. Uship is the provider of shipping services for Chairish and picked CLuckin Truckin.The Uship shipper, Cluckin Truckin and the owners HAVE HIJACKED MY MERCHANDISE AND WILL NOT DELIVER IT. THAT IS ILLEGAL. As their agent, Uship must intervene and fix this. The trucking company represented to me that my mirror is ON THEIR *****. IT COULD BE DAMAGED. The trucking company lies and lies.Uship and Chairish have lied and done NOTHING to force the transportation company to deliver my mirror. It's all lies and fake dates with no response from anyone at Chairish. I have texts and emails promising dates and the shipper does not respond and lies with fake dates. Their truck is always "down" and broken and the owner ****** told me via phone and text that my mirror was ON THE ***** back on Dec 6th. All lies Contact: Cluckin Truckin - *********************************'; Phone Number: [**************]; Email: **************************** I am submitting the email chain from the inept customer service people who just pass on fake dates and DO NOTHING. I want my mirror delivered in perfect condition this week as promised or a full refund by end of the day this Friday Jan 6th. PERIOD. There is a reason Chairish is hated by customers. Their shipper doesn't care. Attached is every text and email to Chairish and your ridiculous **************** people as well as an inspection report from IDOT showing that 2/3 of their trucks are out of service WITH MY MERCHANDISE ON THEM Fire them and get my mirror delivered this week as promised. Next step is a lawyer.BTW I did write the *** and these execs don't give a hoot about their customers. FINE THEM

      I booked a shipping carrier through Uship to ship a chair from ********** to *****. Upon booking the carrier Uship clearly states that shipping carries hold insurance in a case that a item would be lost or stolen. I booked *************************************** ************** on October 14, 2022 for $264.99. ******* then picked up the chair on Oct. 16th. As of Dec. 1st the chair had still not been delivered to ***** and ******* said he couldn't deliver and wanted to return the chair back to me in **********. I escalated the case with Uship customer support as I was getting nowhere with *******. ******* dropped the chair off at 2am over the fence and when I got to the chair it was completely damaged with scratches, wood missing, ****** and stains on the cushions. I contacted Uship support immediately, they then informed me that Uship is just a third party and that I would have to work things out with *******. I stated that ******* has to have insurance as stated on Uship before you book a carrier at which point ******* responded acknowledging the damage and said he doesn't have insurance!? Uship has now not responded whatsoever. Not only have I not been refunded the $264.99 that I paid to have the chair shipped, I am now out $850 because ******* damaged the chair and Uship is saying they are no responsible!? Attached is what the chair looked like before ******* picked it up and also attached is the chair after he returned it to me showing the damages all over it.
