      I won a pair of Fire Opal earrings on ShopLCs website. I ordered them on 07-07-24. I never received these earrings, despite being told they were being prepared to be sent out when I called **************** on ********. I called again to inquire if there were still available on 07-17-24. I was told they were delivered, which they were not. Four other pair of earrings were delivered that day, but not the Fire Opal earrings. I asked to speak to a manager and received their voicemail. I left a message, but know they wont call back in a timely manner. So, my family has decided to discontinue shopping at ShopLC. Its a shame because we have purchased items from them almost daily for the past 5-6 years. Found somewhere else to spend our hard-earned money.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      However, I should not have to file a complaint with the BBB to get action. I called 3 times regarding this issue and was told different things each time. **************** kept trying to tell me I received the item, but I DID NOT.  As a VIP customer ************************ term), I should not be made to feel like a liar. After 5-6 years of shopping with ShopLC, it has become obvious to me that some of the **************** agents have not been properly trained. Its a shame because it is not their fault.

      I hope this response will help improve certain situations for other customers and for ********************** **************** staff.

      I ordered a *** Portable Multi-functional Jump Starter (Order Number: BC5M65064344) on May 30th, 2024 and received it on June 11th.The specs for this product on ShopLCs site say 'Peak current of 600A', but the actual product that I received is less than stated and says 'Peak Current: 400A'. I emailed customer service on July 7th about the issue and they replied with the below: Thank you for reaching out to us at ShopLC. I hope this email finds you well. We apologize sincerely for any trouble caused regarding order BC5M65064344 as the incorrect item received, specifically the *** Portable Multi-functional Jump Starter (1.1"x5.9"x3.15").Attached, you will find the return label and form for your convenience in returning the incorrect item. Please note, if the items were delivered in proper condition and the correct product was delivered, a return shipping label fee of $6.49 will be applicable. Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Since your order is on Budget Pay, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, which may take up to 5 business days to reflect. Additionally, kindly provide a screenshot of the price so we can ensure accurate pricing adjustment.I read the return form and it says: Step 5: Ship your return within 30 days of receipt of your order, using one of the options below. Items returned outside of the 30 day policy may not be accepted by Shop LC or will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. I have been very busy and did not have time to look at the item within the 30 day period. If I had known that was their policy, I would have contacted them sooner.Option 1: 3. A return label fee of $6.49 (up to 5.0lbs), $8.49 (5.01lbs- 10lbs) or $10.49 (10lb+) will be deducted from your refund amount. Label fees are determined by package weight. Why should I be subject to a fee when they sent the wrong item?

      Item ordered was never physically received by me. Date of transaction was 3/2024. Order Number was BC5MSF05809832. Price of item was $1,088.75, to be paid in 5 installments, of which 4 have already been paid, with the last payment due to be deducted from my bank in the amount of $200 which is scheduled to be on 7/19/24. Item in question was an Aquamarine and diamond ring set in 18K Gold. Because Shop LC did not insure the shipment, nor did they instruct the delivering carrier DHL via Delivery by **** to secure a signed receipt for the item, it was left unattended in an open lobby area of my 72 apartment building. The item was then stolen from the open shelving in the lobby. Have been in communication with Shop LC but was told today that because the **** did deliver the item to the open lobby area of my building, they are not responsible and I am. When I asked why a signed receipt was not part of the delivery, or any instructions to the **** to leave it in my locked mail box and not the open lobby, no answer was forthcoming from the Shop LC **************** Rep named ********.

      Looks like the customer did dispute this charge which is now in the banks hand. 

      The order does show scanned as delivered, so at this time we recommend the customer reporting a stolen package & taking that to the carrier to file a claim.

      I am rejecting this response because: ******** claims that had they been instructed to have me sign for delivery, they would have done so. Not being told to do this, they treated the package like all the everyday packages they deliver that have no instructions to get a signature. ******** therefor has told me to go back to the company that sent the item for a refund since it was they who were derelict in their duty to protect their customer by a simple act of having the delivering carrier get a simple signed receipt upon delivery since the item was valued at approximately $1,000.

      I am rejecting this response because: ******** has issued me a letter that I forwarded to SHOP LC, and whereas SHOP LC has told me that I should

      be looking to the **** with regard to financial restitution, **** stated that the responsibility lies with SHOP LC and not ******** for the simple reason

      that in addition to SHOP LC not sending the expensive ring where a signature of the receiver was necessary, the problem would have never occurred if 

      SHOP LC had simply asked the delivery person to have the recipient (me) sign for the item in person.

      I bought 2 items with Invoice No: LC45729439, but when I returned both items in the same box, I only got a refund for one of them. After receiving an email notification about the refund, I contacted the ShopLC customer service line. They reassured me that the refund for the second item would come through the next day, but after multiple calls, I still haven't received the second refund.I should have received both refunds at the same time.

I have called ShopLC six times over the past several months and am told each time that I will receive a call from a manager but never get a call back. I have a tracking number of the package which shows the package was received. I just need the refund I am owed. I am very frustrated at this time.

      I finally received the refund in full and no further follow-up is needed.  Interestingly, I never did receive any calls from one of the managers. I see the return on my credit card statement. 

      I will no longer do business with ShopLC based on this experience and others in the past.

      Two weeks ago approx. 5/14, 2024 I ordered 5 necklaces, all the same design but with different stones i.e. tiger's eye, strawberry quartz, amazonite, green ************************ ******* When I received them they were less than acceptable in quality. I returned all 5 necklaces exactly how I received them. The cost was $50.60 for all 5 which I paid at one time, I wanted my total cost to be returned at one time. They credited me in bits and pieces and not all of it. They refunded me $20.24 for 2 necklaces, & then $13.75 for another 2 necklaces, & then the remaining $10.12 as a store credit to use on the SHOP LC site. I DO NOT want a store credit. This is unacceptable. I want the remaining $16.61 credited to myAmex. I emailed the company, no response. I called the company and was on hold for 30 minutes. Then I got a rep that didntunderstand, had to check, and put me on hold. Rep said he had to escalate the inquiry, and they would have to call me back to get further details.

      ON 3/3/24 I had the ring that I bought from shop LC appraise, IT did not appraise for what the company said the ring valued. Therefore I request a return label on 3/12/24. I return the ring back to shop LC. Shop LC got the ring back on 3/19/24. SHOP LC said they sent the refund back to my credit card ending in 5705. Since I brought the ring I had a problem with that card and the bank put a block on that card. I called SHOP LC and gave them my new card number ending in 5772.since then I have call SHOP LC customer service about 15 to 20 times about my refund. I have an email from ******************************** on 4/23/24 he said that I receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I still have not got my refund yet.
