Where do I begin.From the initial contact with ******** to working late the first day I asked them for quotes with the owner himself ****** to the two gentlemen (Nate and *****) that delivered and installed my daughters play set. Theyre wonderful. ****** stayed with me through the entire process of getting approved and choosing the perfect set for our budget. They are very busy but made it happen for me and my family all in less then 24 hours from the 1st initial call. They use the very best swing sets and their prices are so much better then a lot of their competitors. Everyone else was booked out for 4-6 weeks out and it didnt matter to the other companys that I was trying to get it before my daughters 5th Birthday this Sunday. When I explained my situation to ****** he told me right away that he would make it happen and he did! Thank you guys. Im extremely happy with this purchase. For many years of fun play time! Dont go anywhere else, thats guys are the best. ****** the owner loves what he does and my childrens safety and above all satisfaction was his main concern. Please do not purchase any swing set from this company. I purchased and it was installed in May. The bolts to the swing set keep coming loose. They refuse to fix it they turned my over to the manufacturer the part is extremely long and heavy but yet i have to pay for the shipping and installation. I payed over **** for this set. Never never buy from them. They told me they only guarantee there products for 2 months.

******,I apologize for this misunderstanding. The set you purchased, our introductory set has a 1 year warranty as stated in the manual you were given. I am unsure where you obtained this 2 month product guarantee from but the manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty and we returned to look at and repair your set, which we did for free 6 months after this was installed. Now in the manual you have it says you have to maintain your set and tighten bolts periodically, we are not a manufacturing company so if something goes wrong the manufacturer has to replace those parts. We can fix the issue once you have the parts but we do not manufacture parts. The issue on your set isnt the "extremely long and heavy" part its a bolt on that swing beam. As stated above in the manual you have it says those need to be tightened periodically, so there is nothing wrong with your playset, the set was installed correctly and safely. Also there is a 1 year manufacturer warranty on your introductory set not a 2 month warranty. We appreciate your business.
